Unauthorized paypal payment
Unfortunately I had the bad idea to signing me up at this site, what cured two weeks, they charged me and after a little bit every thing need to be charged again... I did finished with the refill and deleted my account... But the account is never deleted, I tried 4 times. I contact the chat (the contact they have and nothing) first of all you can't deleted your account... You always will be there.
They use it to later on charge your account...
I made a complain with paypal... Didn't work still.
And I am afraid they will do this again and again and again... I turned off the payment at the pay pal when I deleted my account, but guess what... Was turned on...

On a positive note, I determined upon checking on the case (0******4) you have shared in the screenshot, that this has been resolved.
Apparently, what had occurred was, Your profile was deleted upon your request back on 16.06.2020, However, your membership's automatic renewal still occurred due to the fact that you have used a third party payment method (paypal) for which we don't have any access terminating the renewal from. Upon the deletion, an advise to cancel it in your paypal account was given which unfortunately was not done from your side. Unfortunately, we don't have access doing so for you as we don't have access to your paypal account thus another monthly membership charge was made per schedule, Good thing is, a refund was already fully issued to the same account which you should have received atleast 5 working days from that day it was issued on 16.07.2020.
Moving forward, please do be reminded that payments made using third party payment methods has to be always cancelled from your own device to avoid recurring charges despite app deletion. Thank You.

done with the six-month verification pop-ups! already proved my ID when I joined, and now the site tells me to do it all over again or lose visibility. Why my account not stay verified once and for all? took ages to snap new photos of my ID and upload them. Seems like busywork just to keep chatting. Though... made a few connections, that's cool.
sheeeesh can n’t believe I need to pay before I’m even allowed to respond. Free account shows me messages... Feels like a tease. What’s the point of “free” if I can’t talk? Maybe the company could at least offer one or two complimentary replies so we can see if a chat is worth it. Well but I did match, that's worth it.
One thing i deff appreciate about it is the security features. The verification process keeps scammers away, which is a huge plus. It's not perfect, but i feel much safer using this than some other apps
There are no American men based in the USA.
I have yet to see an American male on this site. Everyone appears to be Latin and in other continents. I am never going to spend money to chat with someone on another continent. Be careful here. The site has almost no one in the USA near as I can tell. Maybe you can find someone, I can't.
Met a gentleman on the site and whoever he is he is using someone else’s photos. His profile name was just Thomas and his location was Bridgeport Ct. unfortunately it wasn’t him . Who ever this person is he has used the pictures off this site. The picture I sent was the one on the datemyage site.
