I want to express my complain because after creating my account in your app, I decided to subscribe today January 14th, so I paid 91.16 soles for 150 credits, I understood I could use the facilites of the app such as texting,see mails etc from today January 14th to february 14th, so started to chat with one Guy and after some minutes I couldn't text,then a screen appeared saying that I need to pay again to continue texting again today,how is It possible that an app can charge me in this way just to chat o send an email,I want a complete refund,I dont like the app,I dont want to use this app anymore, it is not user friendly,the terms and how much 150 credits Will last(one day) is not properly explained because I wouldnt have subscribed then,your app is not very well explained,how is possible to charge 91,16 soles just to chat for some minutes in one day.with one person? I was supposed to be enrolled in this app for a month?for this reason I have cancelled my suscription for Next month,I am completely angry with this app And your team,I dont like it at all ,I want a refund assap or I Will take other measures,It feels I have been stolen.I have attached some pictures with the evidences,they have also charged me 4,43 soles for sth I do not know,but then that amount was returned to my account.I want all my money back as soon as possible.I wanted to renew my suscription in case everything went well but I cancelled It for obvious reasons.Besides It is the 3rd time I have sent an email since January 14th and nobody answers It yet .
