Your accounting department will no longer accept my credit card to pay for my credits I don't have any other credit cards to pay with. I was told by one of your team that I have been blacklisted because my bank put a hold on my payments to many times although each time this was resolved.
I get on an average 250 to 300 letters each day and I cannot respond to anyone. I had a couple of people I was speaking with that were sending me virtual gifts, videos and voice messages all as you know that cost a lot of credits which equates to a lot of money for your company.
I was just looking into how I cancel my membership because there is no use of me getting all of these emails when I cannot respond to anyone. I was hoping to come to some kind of a resolution but it appears I cannot do that so I might as well cancel being on your site and taking my profile down. I wish it wasn't this way but there is nothing I can do about it.
Desired outcome: I would like to be able to continue on date my age and have my credit card off of the blacklist.
