This is our second experience using Dash Heating and Air. They were the first place we called when our AC was having an issue. The technician was friendly and courteous and answered all our questions. Dash is a great company and we highly recommend them.

Dash Heating and Cooling is responsive to requests and they sent a professional young man to my home to do an evaluation of my HVAC system on very short notice. I was impressed with the efficiency and positive attitude of the representative. Thanks, Dash, you're doing a great job for me!

Dash has always taken care of my cooling needs and today was no exception! Justin was fantastic and diagnosed the problem, answered all of my questions in regards to next steps, and added more refrigerant to get me to my next appointment. He is very informed and educated me a lot. Great job!

DASH was amazing this last week when the temperature was over 100 and our air conditioner went out. They replaced it in record time and provided a mobile unit in the meantime. In particular, Amanda was so incredibly kind to our family, and went above and beyond more than once to make sure we were taken care of. We would recommend them 100%.

We had an HVAC unit installed by DASH. At every step of the process, whether it was booking for an estimate, having a estimator give us a quote, and installing the unit, we received top notch service. Very professional staff that listens to concerns and delivers on time. Communication was excellent. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Unbelievably response, honest, professional and friendly. Called in the morning, had someone here by 1 pm. We thought we had issues and they could have taken advantage of that, but did not. They checked everything and advised that all was in working order! Tell your friends and family, DASH is not just a slogan, it's a business commitment…. Awesome company

Our A/C cooling failed. I called Dash and explained the problem and told them we were a preferred contract customer. They told is they would work us in. Their technician was at the house within a Hour and half. He diagnosed the problem and we are currently waiting on a date to fix the problem. It pays to be under service contract. Thanks Dash for your quick response.

Excellent, thorough service, and quick response time, even though I'm sure this is a very busy time of year (July). Technician (Cato) did a great job of explaining the issue, and was clear on what we were being charged for. He also did a great job of explaining the benefits of 247 Club membership without being pushy, which I really appreciated. Will definitely plan on using Dash in the future!

The team at DASH were great to work with. They showed up, measured my home, explained my options for installing new heating and AC systems, arrived to do the install (on time no less), performed the install (all while being courteous and mindful of not knocking holes in the walls or making a mess of the floors), showed me how to operate the new system, and finally gave me a follow-up call to make sure my expectations had been met. What more can one ask for?

Great service today. Nathan was the tech, he checked out our AC. He explained everything he was doing. We needed freon, he explained the code, cost, it was needed. He explained it as not covered under the service agreement or warranty, also told me the cost. All this was done prior to adding freon. Overall all we like Dash, good service, Techs know their job, reasonable prices, on time too. You know when they will arrive, the Tech calls prior to coming to your house. We've been using Dash close to 6 years, they installed a new system for us. Great work on the installation, system has been trouble free.

I am a new customer to Dash. Had to replace a worn out patched on HVAC system. Their estimator did an excellent job of estimating my needs as well as pointing out code & installation issues that had to be corrected. He provided an acceptable estimate for the project as well as a finance source. I accepted and within a week Dash obtained my Lennox components and installed the equipment. WOW! The installers worked as an assembly line to complete and were courteous while maintaining CV19 requirements. I did not just become a customer, but instead a Member of the family. The Estimator returned to ensure operation was complete & system operating. BBQ gift sauce is great. I need a yard sign. Will always use from now on. Great!

Saline county sales associate was very professional & explained the estimate for my new unit that was very comparable to another estimate I received from a competitor. Scheduling for my new A/C & Heater units to be installed was fast & perfectly timed between two days of rainstorms in the area. The install team arrived on time and got to work immediately. Was expecting an all day install and their efficiency got them finished by early afternoon. All three install technicians were kind and professional and explained what they were doing along the way. They answered all my questions and gave me maintenance and upkeep instructions. HIGHLY Recommend spending a smidgen more for the complete customer experience...including the office staff that was very accommodating on scheduling my initial visit even when I had to call her back & reschedule for a different day.
