Cool Breeze always does an excellent job for us
Cool Breeze always does an excellent job for us. We have a quite a few rental properties and whenever we have a HVAC problem, we call them and they take care of the problem. They are professional, punctual, and reliable. They explain what they find and let us know how much the job will cost. I highly recommend them for any HVAC problems.

Kelvin,Andre and Justin were all very nice and professional. They are a very trustworthy group and I feel great using them in my home. They have installed gas stoves and the plumbing for it and we just purchased 2 new hvac systems from them. I have used many different ones over the years but I use them exclusively for the reasons I just mentioned.

Kelvin was able to solve a problem that two other companies failed to solve. The problem was the second floor of a two-story home overheated in both summer and winter. It didn't take Kelvin long to figure it out and correct the problem. I would call him again in a heartbeat. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend.

Cool Breeze was his usual laid back super efficient tech. He was on time, got right to checking the system, found a weak electrical control part and replaced it. Happy to have him as we suspected the system was not cooling according to the thermostat set. It was taking too long to reach the equilibrium setting on the thermostat. Good to have everything in order.

Andre, Sammantha, a Kelvin are always very helpful and courteous. I've used the business over a decade now. They worked with me for several years to keep an old system limping along until I finally had them replace it. Their prices are competitive, but more important the work is top notch. We're temporarily out of state now but have property in Charlotte. It's nice to know they are there.

After it was determined that it was time to replace my old system, they did an excellent job of installing my new HVAC system. Andre also informed me about operating the system and how to process warranty information. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work.

These guys are the best! Knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional. They are super honest and fast. They care about their customers and that's been even more evident during covid. As hot as it is, they always wear their masks and they always cover their shoes before they come in the house. With our old system, they have had to come out several times, but they always find and fix the problem. We highly recommend them!

First time using Cool Breeze HVAC and was extremely pleased. Their technician came out promptly and accessed my system. Got back to me within a couple of days with 2 quotes. He came out today (6/10/22) to install my system: he quietly came to my house, went to the back to prepare my old unit without disturbing me. He, with the assistance of another gentleman installed my unit in record time. The technician is very professional, gentle, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I look forward to Cool Breeze upkeeping my HVAC.

Excellent company! I have been doing business with Cool Breeze for 8 plus years. Kelvin / Cool Breeze HVAC is top notch. Great customer service and follow up, very professional, honest, timely, excellent work and customer care. (They always cover their shoes when entering my home - love this!) My A/C and heating unit was recently replaced. I am currently adding a vent in my extended room and a small unit. Kelvin, Andre and the whole crew is always there to greet you with a smile. I will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs. They are the best!

We are always pleased with the service we get from Cool Breeze HVAC. My husband and I own a few rental properties and we use Cool Breeze HVAC for our air conditioning and heating issues. They are always professional and respond in a timely manner. This time, there was a major problem with the furnace. They had to order 3 different parts to get the furnace working properly. They kept us informed of the progress and the tenants are pleased with the results. I highly recommend Kelvin and Cool Breeze for any heating or air conditioning problems you may encounter.

Really disappointed with Cool Breeze. We had a new HVAC installed in august and since then its been nothing but problems. Weve had them come out each time and Ive received little to no communication, while our HVAC was under warranty.I had other HVAC companies come out and give unbiased opinions, showing pictures and documentation of parts being installed backwards and incorrectly. When I asked them to come out again, they came out without validating the claims of the poor installation (I get it no company wants to admit theyre wrong), and then trying to up charge me for another $2600 to install a bigger plenium box. No one proactively reaches out and Ive had tenants without cold air for more than a week. We chose this company based on previous reviews but unfortunately we did not have the same experience
