I had RSP Heating & Cooling come out to insulate my attic and seal my crawl space. They did an awesome job informing me of all my options to meet my needs. The technicians and crew members were very professional when they came out to do the work on my attic, informing me on what they were doing and how the process worked. When the team members came out to do the work on my crawl space from the get go they explained what they were going to be doing and how it would improve my heating and cooling. RSP Heating & Cooling has been great to our family and I would recommend them to everyone!

RSP has helped us with our home in a variety of ways over the years-- installing a heat pump, attic insulation, semi-annual inspections. They have always been great, technicians/installers have always been on-time, making an appointment is easy (I use the website and get a call first thing the next morning), and the people are easy to talk to. Most recently, John and Robby encapsulated our crawlspace They arrived on schedule and spent about half day doing exactly as promised. The space is now incredibly clean and dry. As usual, a great job.

We would highly recommend RSP heating and cooling. We recently had insulation installed and both John and Robbie were sincere, professional, and arrived on time. They went out of their way to help us and throughly explained what they would be doing. We were very pleased with the installation, but specifically, their customer service! Super nice guys and did a fantastic job! Big thanks to Cory as well for coming out and doing our estimate! He answered a ton of our questions and was very informative. We are pleased with the entire experience.

I recently has RSP Heating & Cooling to install a new heater and air conditioning system. I was very impressed by their professionalism, thoroughness, and attention to detail. I had three interactions with the company - estimation, installation, and addition of insulation. Each interaction was professional, efficient, and complete. During estimation, the sales person gave me a ton of information about my current situation and gave me options to choose from with pros/cons of each. RSP works with the power company to get you discounts and rebates. I am very happy with the new system. I highly recommend RSP Heating & Cooling.

RSP is great. Their service and team are awesome. They are always responsive and easy to communicate with. John and Sarah did an evaluation of my home and system and explained all of their suggestions thoroughly. Mark and Emily installed cellulose insulation for me and did a great job. They were in and out quickly and left no mess behind. Mike has done my seasonal maintenance and a furnace repair and is always on time, very professional and friendly. He always takes the time to answer all of my questions honestly and is very knowledgeable. Also shout out to Chris, he did a repair and also installed new ductwork and worked quickly and efficiently.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with RSP. We are new in the area, and a friend recommended RSP to us. That turned out to be an excellent recommendation! Everything that RSP did was professional and top notch. From our first interaction with Taylor, the receptionist, to our home evaluation and estimate with Lisa G. to the installation team of Josh W., Cole, and Vane, and finally with John and Robbie who added insulation to our attic, every visit was prompt, efficient, polite, and they even cleaned up their mess to my wife's high standard. If you have HVAC work that needs done we can highly recommend RSP! We are glad that we used them for our project.

I highly recommend RSP heating and cooling. They have provided maintenance for my hvac system for several years. Recently, I had a new furnace and air conditioning system installed and received weatherization services in my crawlspace and attic. The installation team and technicians did a great job installing the new system. The weatherization team and office staff provided the rest. These guys work hard! They are very friendly and professional. RSP staff answers all of my questions and I feel confident in their explanations. The office staff is equally wonderful. I speak to the technician when I schedule regular maintenance. Sammi helped me apply for a weatherization contract. I will continue to use (and recommend) RSP in my community.

I had RSP heating and cooling at my house today insulating both crawlspaces, the upper and the lower. The men working here were professional, polite and very thorough. I retired from the state of Florida and when I moved here one of the disappointments was companies to respond, be on time and be of their word. RSP has been a total surprise to me. They were everything that I expect from a professional company. They were punctual always answer the phone or return my calls and rescheduled at my convenience. I just want to put out there that I would highly recommend them for any of their jobs especially the crew that I had here today, I couldn't be more satisfied, thank you RSP for your professionalism.

The whole process was top-notch. They were very responsive to my emails, texts and phone calls. RSP Heating & Cooling completed my FREE home inspection and was very professional. He took care not to track up my house, explained things very well, offered lots of suggestions to improve my homes efficiency, and prioritized them. John and Mark came out a couple weeks later to blow insulation in the attic and were also professional. They tolerated my cats (who couldn't stay out of their truck) and were also conscientious about keeping my home clean. As with RSP Heating & Cooling, we talked about different ways to improve efficiency and made sure I didn't have any questions before they left. Follow-up service from RSP Heating & Cooling was also great. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank the team from RSP for their professional and quality work while installing our new Heat Pump. Everyone I came into contact with, especially John Smith and Jane Doe made the job go very smoothly. The office staff were prompt in calling me to schedule the installation and called to make sure I was happy with the way everything went. The installation team Mark and Mike were very conscientious of my home and made every effort to make sure everything was left very clean and neat. Any questions I asked were answered right on the spot. These two young men are outstanding! I will have absolutely no hesitation recommending RSP to family and friends and I plan to do so. I have been using RSP for a few years when my previous HVAC company became unreliable. They are so great! Professional, responsive, affordable, knowledgeable, so friendly. I joined the RSP maintenance plan which has saved us money. And then I recently had RSP add more insulation in my attic. John did the inspection and Mark and Sarah came and completed the job. I had been putting off doing it because I thought it was going to be inconvenient and messy. But it was great. They were all so efficient but thorough. They were extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up afterwards. And I could immediately feel a noticeable difference in the temperature of my house and how much less my A/C has been running to try and keep the temperature down. Again, so happy that we use RSP. Installation: RSP Heating & Cooling installed a new Trane heat pump system in our house last year. As expected, the equipment is awesome; but to my pleasant surprise, the installation was flawless. The RSP tech was very precise and careful with metal seams, electrical connections and cable runs. He also took care to not harm the surrounding house finishes! When finished, we had a spanking new awesome energy efficient HVAC system in place with absolutely no harm to the travel route or surrounding walls.

Service: Over the last year with the new unit we had 2 service calls for fall & spring start-up, and the clean and professional service continued. The tech's checked-out the inside & out system, cleaned the outside unit; and, left the surrounding house finished without a smudge! I would call on RSP Heating & Cooling to install my next unit in a heartbeat; but, with this Trane unit and RSP's routine maintenance, I expect it to be a long time down the road.

We have had a lot of work done with RSP Heating & Cooling lately. I have several individuals I want to give a shout out to here because they have all done a great job. This all started back in February and we seem to be all set up now. It was a long process but the help they gave us was tremendous.

Jesse: In February we had a horrible week of single digit temperatures and my system was unable to heat my house. I called RSP and they sent Jesse. He looked over the thermostat and checked the wiring and then went to the basement and discovered that only 1 of the 3 emergency heat coils were working, so he was going to have them replaced under warranty for us. They paid to send and receive the new coils and all we had to pay was the service charge and the labor since they were not the initial company that installed or sold us the system. He was back within a week and installed the new coils. Thank you, Jesse.

Taylor: We called RSP to find out about the energy efficiency program and a very sweet lady named Taylor sent me the application with a list of everything needed to send back to her. She confirmed with me when everything was in hand and submitted and told me someone would contact me soon. She was a pleasant initial point to starting this program.

Kenny: We received a call from Kenny from RSP to set up an appointment for the inspection and blow test. Kenny showed up with another lady (I am sorry but her name escapes me) and they inspected all over my house. They were both super nice and did an extremely thorough job. They explained every aspect of the program and showed me all the areas of our house that needed work. I learned from the lady that this was Kenny's first project and he was taking the lead as she was there as support for him. I can't tell you her name, but if she keeps training people like I heard her talking with Kenny, then RSP has quite the asset on their hands. After they finished their tests and inspection, Kenny got back to us a few days later to come by and explain the quote. He helped us through the financing process and we were approved. He also gave me a week to fix some drywall before the appointment was made. If anyone gets an award for metaphorically holding our hands through this process, it would be him.

Dillon and Corey: The first 2 days of our insulation project were the basement and then the attic. Day one Dillon and Corey did our basement and they sealed it up wonderfully. They didn't need anything from us. They came in and did their jobs and left. Since my wife and I both work from home, we can't be away from our offices very long. Dillon and Corey understood and just took care of business. They were very polite and pleasant to deal with.

Jon and Robbie: The last 2 days of our 4-day project was blowing in insulation in our exterior walls. The first thing that happened was they discovered we had lead paint under our siding. They told us they would not be able to blow insulation from the outside and would have to move the operation inside, which caused the process of cutting holes inside. Every bay of the interior walls had to receive a 2-inch hole for which to blow the cellulose through. They did plug all of the holes and they were very apologetic that it had to be that way, but we completely understood and felt bad that it was causing extra work. Even with this hiccup with the plan, we were not out any additional funds as the energy efficiency program covered the exterior walls 100%. They were top-notch and covered everything they could and cleaned up after themselves to the best of their ability.

Tyler: Last week our downstairs unit started blowing hot air when we had it set to cool. I called RSP and they sent Tyler out that day to help us out. It would be another service call we knew, but it had to be fixed. Turns out that the unit was blowing both hot and cold air at the same time. The thermostat was messed up. My thanks to Tyler for discovering it was the thermostat.

Overall, we have had nothing but a wonderful experience with RSP Heating & Cooling, and we will only call on them for any issues we have in the future.
