The products i have received are damaged . and are not the same as in the offer. They are not even looking like original . there condition are very bad. Service is also very bad. I have called customer service center many times. But not responding. This was my first and last time ordering. I want to refund. I dont want to keep these products. I want mt Money back.

I had ordered an adjustable laptop table from daraz.pk under order No number [protected] on14 August 2018. I had ordered rectangular table with splited worktop of 24" 16" but when consignment is delivered, it was completly different from the ordered one. It was round table of 21" diameter, which is of less price and quality which I did not ordered at all and it is a cleare decieve, swindle and fraud by MYGIFTLAND (Gujrat) and daraz.pk and these swindles disguisting their regular customers! Please make a way to replace this duped table and fullfill my original order and I am going to complain agianst daraz.pk and MYGIFTLAND on multiple forums.

I HAVE purchase two items (School bag) in a deal of PKR 1000+99 PKR DELIVERY CHARGES. I WOUld like to return one of my item from that deal. Because that item is very small in size. So I would like to return.

Rice are of the worst quality kindly take it back and you gave the shampoo for 600 and when it came I was shocked that it was the small size shampoo which can easily be found in the market for 200. You arent picking up any of my calls nor any reply to my complaints. I want this rice and shampoo to be taken away and give my money back. Money is peecious for us, you guys are looting everyone. This is not how dealing is supposed to be done. If your product is not like the picture then dont make fool of people

I ordered an HP Envy laptop which was supposed to be an HP certified refurbished device for 83900 rupees. Right after taking the device out of box, I found the following issues with it:
1- There were many visible scratches on the top.
2- The screws were not in fresh condition (it was repaired.)
3- There was no warranty card or any such document that can be used as a local warranty card. While ordering, it was stated that the device has a 3 months local warranty.
4- Hinges of the laptop were very loose. Its screen flipped to almost 180 degrees while picking it up.
5- The bottom casing of the laptop was also not perfectly installed after being repaired.
6- Speakers were not working perfectly.
I tried to contact daraz's technical staff (Number mentioned on website.) to discuss this matter with them, but their phone was powered off.
And after checking about the warranty of the device, I found that its warranty had already been expired a couple of months ago.
I returned the product and asked them to provide me with a proper HP certified refurbished device or return my money. After examining the laptop for about 2 or 3 working days, they simply sent me an email saying "we regret to inform you that your return request has been declined by our quality check team for the following reason: === No Issue Found ===
Their so called quality check team could not fin any of the stated issues and dramatically declared the device to be okay. and also sent the device to my address immediately.
They sold me the device for 83900 rupees while its actual worth is hardly about 40k.
I have mailed them to return my money. I'll talk to them today and if they declined, I'll sue them in court.
I request you to kindly check the pictures of the faulty laptop that they delivered to me and please don't buy anything from daraz.

Item recieved with comlplete essentials, but the cover of the shelf is of poor quality.
The slot from where the cover is to be tied got torn into pieces when taken into hand like it material is expired
On top side where the front side of cover was meant to be sticked was not there.
Mainly covering material of the shelf lets it down, otherwise the rest of the material made of metal is satisfactory

I haven't got a good quality of t shirt and the color are very bad and didn't match with those colors which are shown in picture and blue and purple color is missing I want my cash back or please take all those shirts return and at your hub and the the delivery boy is very bad mannered I m thinking that this website is very bad web I hurt with this app

I bought new cell phone HTC Desire 620g from Daraz.pk when i received new smartphone the condition is very poor box is damaged and its very dirty when i contact daraz.pk they says this product is directly ship from supplier, after two days having signal problem in cellphone and got yellow line in Left side and screen become tint yellow and Have Muller & Phipps warranty card but unfortunately they are not responding. I request to please help me out. Daraz.pk become a fraud i heard very bad comments about daraz.pk but when it happened with me i realized that they are right about daraz.pk they are fraud.

This item is broken when open.
I ordered an ovevo tv stand along with the above mentioned item. Table was very big and heavy, and there was only one person carrying it. I doubt the damage is made due to this reason. The screen of LED is totally damaged.
I want daraz to look into this matter asap and return or replace this order.

I bought a product which arrived on 3rd august, I told him about the issue but he refused ad started telling me about the 7 day leap I told him that the package arrived on 3rd august. But he started using abusive language and then he started saying this;
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. He said he works in order to serve our customers sir. But he is no help. And he said the product arrived on 7-7-2017

I want the product to be returned and buy something else for the money I spent on the product. Please ensure the package is not used

Very bad service when it delivery the hood glass was damage and the deliver-man told us to complain, I told him you should give us in writing but he refused I don't know what to do? please take an immediate action as we the costumer thinks that darzar.com is Pakistan's best online shopping and reliable websites but after this it makes a question mark? but still I have hope.

I ordered hot sharpers t-shirts for men, size i ordered was XL but i think they have changed the product size tag and sended to me. It was too short, i think they have sended for small kid. I ordered XL size and instead of XL size they have sent me small or medium size. Please make my order changed as soon as possible. I want XL size, please make my order change as soon as possible.

The product does not resemble to the picture provided by the company on net.
There is a joint in the near center of the sheet from where urine and liquid can pass.
The size is not exactly 72*78. The quality is not good. Terry cotton shown in the picture is entirely different. Its size is about 2 inches smaller may be due to that joint.
So due to these reason it is useless for me so kindly return it and refund my payment. Thanks.

I purchased amd w4100 graphic card 3 days back. The item I received was totally different and damaged from the item displayed in the ad. It did not have a MDP cable as well which is necesarry to plug in the monitor. Also when I put the GPU into PCI express spot the system will not boot up. When I remove the card and switch to IGD adapter the system runs fine.

I ordered two products on last Friday, expected to be delivered these two products on Monday or Tuesday I only got one product on Tuesday. I was told by delivery man that the other product would be another seller and I have to pay other delivery charges. I am very disappointed with your delayed and expensive service. If the other product comes I won't accept coz it would be costly for and not timely sorry.

Description of the incident: I ordered new beyond metal masters beyblades(3 bayblades) on aOneMart from daraz.pk. my complain is this that all of these beyblades are used and some of the parts of this beyblade are missing so i want the daraz company to give me new beyblades and take these one away and one more thing that i've not got the return slip and i should tell the daraz followers or daraz complaint center that daraz.pk is completely fake. I ordered Pagasus, Saggitario ad leon the daraz team just gave me Fans leone, Quetzalcoatl death, and Big bang. I am saying to you that this is all fake and i got something else.
