money not refunded

i had purchased a combo of bag pack and watch from jabong but later when received it due to lacking in specification had sent it back a day after but jabong has not refunded me my money till date. Order No.: [protected] and i had also send my account details to jabong email id as per conversation with executive . and now they asked me to send the courier recipt that also done. Such a bad services are not expected from such a big e- retailing company.
