Sir, I order the headphn on 11 aug Then the Headphn Deliver to me on 17 aug But Headphn have Manufacturer Fault So i call the Customer care Nd make thr Xchng Return Reqst. On 20 August Your Rider Pickup the headphn, Now For God Sake Today Is 6 September But Still i don't Receive My Headphn WTH are You Guys Doing ? Just give My Money back i don't want to wait anymore

Salam...i, ve order some products from daraz.pk it was totally fake the product i, ve order I haven't received I, d order 15in1 contour kit and wow lip tattoos but I got 3in1 ads contour kit and row lip tattoos totally fake...and the deliver man took 1100 rs of both products from us instead of 581 I contacted from the seller he said that you can upload the picture of products and we can give you a refund voucher and these 2 products are gift from...now plz approve this and give my refund voucher

BUT.. today unfortunately
The following

I mean instead of Relax Brain Point Machine, I received the following items:-
1. Invoice Papers
2. One Bike Power Pluck
3. One Tape
pictures are shared herewith..

The above items are delivered to me instead of Relax Brain Point Machine.

Game Stop
I ordered ps4 controller on 31 August and it was delivered on 3rd of september, 2018.I found out that the product was not genuine and it was a refurbished product . Controller has lack of features as it was clearly mentioned that it was a double shock controller but i couldn't feel any kind of vibration while playing game. The controller should have a charging light on it which was clearly missing. The product is not genuine and i have been robbed and I demand 100% refund.
I request 100% refund.

You are no doubt a certified trusted online shopping site but some of your sellers are breaking our trust to shop from u. yesterday i recieved my a parcel of BnB accessories which is totally different from the order i reserved. it is really disscussting. i have paid 1198/= rupies for 3 t-shirts but recieved very bad quality cheap tottaly different shirts. kindly take notice of that and change my order other than my suggestion will b not to shop from u to every1 i know.

Daraz - New way to fraud people online!

Ordered Huawei P20 Lite via order # [protected] on August 15, 2018 and paid Rs.35, 898 for it. On receipt of parcel on August 18, 2018, I found Huawei mobile box inside the daraz flyer was already opened and Huawei P20 lite Handset was missing from the box. Now, after almost 2 weeks of so called investigation, Daraz.Pk refused to provide the missing hand set and said that the parcel was delivered to you safe and sound by Blue-Ex Courier Company.

Someone from the Daraz team or Blue-Ex Courier Company stolen the mobile from box and packed it in Daraz Flyer.

They have not shared the investigation report / criteria, just declared their decision that Daraz is not responsible for this.

Online shopping is becoming a new way to fraud people and Daraz is also part of it. So, Shop at your own risk!

I am extremely disappointed... I add a different product in cart but get totally different product.. I contacted the seller of product about the wrong product hey just told that it was totally daraz's mistake they send the seller a wrong picture of product.. he told me this is due to daraz they send the tottale wrong picture to him that I add in my cart.. I waited around 7days because of eid after that I get a wrong product... I am extremely disappointed by getting wrong product after soo much wait...

I ordered Racket tool kit on 14 august..Payment was successful and last Last date of delivery was 22nd of august but now its 31 August still not received.. Besides that there is no information or method mentioned to track my order.

The colour i got was wrong and it was not as shown in the picture and i was not expecting this as i ordered from daraz for the first time. I want a refund. The colour of the iphone cover in the picture showed pink colour but i recieved a blue colour with a logo on top which i dont want. The cover i recieved is wrong and not what i ordered so i want a refund.

I ordered a product naming beats x for apple but the product that i have recieved is beats x for android i want beats x for apple not for android . The original headphones by dr.dre comes with W1 chip which enables iphone to connect with headphones atomatically i want original headphones for apple
So please reply to my camplaint fast because i want to buy original headphone by dr dre which is present on your draz.pk site

Very bad service when it delivery the hood glass was damage and the deliver-man told us to complain, i told him you should give us in writing but he refused I don't know what to do? please take an immediate action as we the costumer thinks that darzar.com is Pakistan's best online shopping and reliable websites but after this it makes a question mark ? but still I have hope.

on 2018-08-17, i ordered a 100 gm pack of said indigo powder against the order no [protected] from pansari inn. however, when i actually received the product it was fake instead they had traded henna which hardly costs 10 rs in local markets and they have charged rs 645. kindly make the adjustments in delivering the right product or else refund my money, thank you.

I ordered a glass sheet protector and back cover for Samsung j8 and I only received back cover and that too an incorrect one. That's not what I ordered.I need a glass sheet for my phone as early as possible. This is the first time I ordered something online and I am very disappointed with the result. What is the solution now? I even don't like the cover that is delivered.

I have ordered a life tree arcylic frame from daraz.pk 3 days ago and I received it today but it's incomplete there's no frames in it which they have shown in the picture why is it so? When I payed the full amount than why you didn't delivered the complete parcel? Pure leather Perfume was ordered vide my order No: [protected]. There was two perfume in my above order. One of perfume is not able to use. Because on one day when i start to use it; its press button is not function properly. So perfume cant come out of bottle and by this reason i cant use the product.

Keeping in view if above, I want to replace the product.

I have ordered for more thn 1, 80, 000 PKR stuff from this website. They delivered a tele which was fine for 14 days and the 15th day my brother turned it on and it was just the black screen and nothing, we complained on their whatsapp customer service cuz the numbers they have displayed on thr website never worked, some lady picks up and says its her number. Anyhow, the advisor on whatsapp said to contact any local shop with the warranty card and problem will be sorted, my brother went with the warranty card and Tv and they said that this is not a genuine warranty card, i am literally speechless right now. Is thr anyone who can do anything with these kind of people? Or they will keep scamming people like this? Tv was for 28, 000 PKR. Just dont know what to do!
