Good day

In March I applied for ecd level 4 with damelin correspondents and they asked me to write afrikaans pre- assessment test to qualify but I said no I won't be able to write it rather let them refund me and I will register else where. They sent me a refund form to fill for both registration and study materials and I will get my money within 30 working days which was in may/June but I never got the money I called the lady who was assisting me with registration and she asked me to resubmit bank statement even now I don't have my money when I call they can't help me because I am not in their system and they don't reply my emails. The lady who was helping me she has resigned that means i do not have anyone whom I can make a follow up with
