I've studied at Damelin correspondence since 2023 to 2025
Was told I have 2 years but they gave me 5 months less and told me a month before I have month left
No communication
No assistance
Rude customer service dropping the phone while I am speaking
Rude agents
Rude teachers
Asked for assistance with log in 5 mom this ago still Jo assistance and I still cannot log in
Poor service and honestly this place is more of a scam than a "college *

Claimed loss: Months with no assistanceteachers going missing for 4 + months No helpNo nothingNo teachingI paid for teachingFor assistanceFor help if I had questions+- 32 GRAND for nothing

Desired outcome: At this point I'd like a refund and an apology and study at an actual institution that acts like a college not a fly by night school and being ignoredAnd a response on the 7 + mails I've sent the past 5 monthsMuch appreciated.
