DailySale.com Not available, run around, bad product.

Good morning,

I brought a lab top from you and it did not work and was falling apart. When I tried to return it, it took several attempts to get to a response from you, resulting in weeks to go by. Then I received a link to return my items and it said the product was not found. I sent an email again with screen shots. Today i received another link with my product number, but it said that my return did not meet conditions since it was past Jan 14th.

Also, your system refuses to allow me to upload my emails to you as a PDF or all files.

DailySale.com Ipad

I order two iPad over a week ago I received the tracking number the next day and I was supposed to receive the iPad yesterday. But when I track the items, the items were never shipped out I have been emailing them for over a week now no response to anything I will never order from here every again I'm going through my bank to cancel the transactions. This company sucks and need to be shut down, but I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against this company. I emailed them and told them if I don't hear from them in 24 hours, I will have my law firm file a suit.

DailySale.com Faulty vacuum cleaner.

The company is selling defective products under the guide that they have been "refurbished". We received a faulty vacuum cleaner that doesn't work, only a few months into using it. They customer service is claiming a 30-day returns window and even people that spot an issue within that window have to pay a fee for returning the product.

We initially had an issue with the vacuum cleaner not charging, shortly after buying it. We contacted customer service but decided to just but a new new chord at our own expense, which helped for a while.

The product then stopped working completely, and we got back in touch with custumer service. By then the 30 day window had "passed" and they refuse to refund the purchase, despite it being a faulty product and not a return for any other reason.

DailySale.com Faulty products with no satisfaction from customer service for four months

I purchased three items from Daily Sales and I have many emails between us but with delays and long response times trying to get some satisfaction with my order, I see no resolution to my situation. But after four months and still no headway, I will advise anyone to tell family, friends, coworkers, and anyone you meet to never try to deal with Daily Sale products. My purchase turned out to be nothing but problems for nothing but junk products.

DailySale.com False Advertising and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Dailysale.com

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Dailysale.com. I was in the market for a new Hurricane Scrub Spinner, and I thought I found a great deal on their website. The picture looked legit, and the description said it was a Hurricane Scrub Spinner, so I went ahead and ordered it.

But when it arrived, I was pretty disappointed. It was some cheap knockoff brand that didn't even have a logo on it. I mean, come on! If I wanted a generic brand, I would have gone to the dollar store. And to make matters worse, Dailysale.com was still advertising it as a Hurricane Scrub Spinner on their website. Talk about false advertising!

I tried to contact them several times to get a refund or exchange, but it took them almost three weeks to respond. And even then, they refused to send me a return label. I had to file a complaint with Paypal just to get their attention. And in the end, it wasn't even worth it to send the stupid thing back because the shipping cost would have been more than the spinner itself.

I uploaded a picture of the logo from my real Hurricane spinner next to the knockoff one I received, just to show how different they were. And I even took a screenshot of the item on the day I purchased it, just in case something like this happened. I should have trusted my instincts and stayed away from Dailysale.com.

So if you're thinking about buying something from them, I suggest you do your research first. Don't make the same mistake I did and get scammed by these guys.

DailySale.com Dailysale.com Review: Frustrating Experience with Wrong Product and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Dailysale.com that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had purchased a Retro Gaming Phone Case with 36 Games Built-In on 11/29/2020 via Walmart.com and the seller DailySale Inc. However, when the case arrived, it was the wrong one altogether. I immediately reached out to the seller under order #*** to request a return and exchange for the correct case.

Unfortunately, the seller was not very helpful and seemed to be playing games with me via email. They kept asking me why I wanted to return the case, even though I had already explained in detail and provided pictures of their ad showing that I had purchased the phone case for Iphone 6, 7, 8, etc. They had sent me a case for Iphone 10 Max instead.

I tried to handle the return myself through their website, but the link they provided for the return label was blank. I reached out to Walmart representatives multiple times over the past two days, but they were not able to provide me with a working return label. Despite the fact that the return is showing as complete on their website, I have not been able to mail out the incorrect case because I do not have a mailing address or label.

To make matters worse, when I spoke to a representative just now, they told me that there were no supervisors available to speak to me. They also told me for the third time that I would have to wait another 24 hours for a return label. This is unacceptable and I have recorded all of my conversations with their representatives.

Overall, my experience with Dailysale.com has been horrific and I would not recommend them to anyone. I have escalated this issue legally and will not be dealing with them any further.

DailySale.com Dailysale.com Accused Me of Fraud for Returning a Counterfeit iPhone 11 Pro Max

I recently made a purchase on Dailysale.com for an iPhone 11 Pro Max. However, when I received the phone, it was a complete counterfeit and didn't even work. I was very disappointed and frustrated with the situation. I immediately contacted their customer service team to report the issue and they instructed me to send the phone back for a refund. I thought it was a simple process, so I followed their instructions and sent the phone back.

However, things took a turn for the worse when Dailysale.com claimed that the phone I returned was not the same phone they sent me. They even went as far as accusing me of committing fraud and demanded that I return their original phone, which I never had in my possession. I was shocked and outraged by their accusations. I tried to explain the situation to them multiple times, but they refused to listen and persisted with their claims.

Their constant emails and threats of legal action were very stressful and caused me a lot of anxiety. I felt like I was being treated unfairly and unjustly. I decided to seek legal advice and have taken some steps to protect myself in case this issue escalates to court.

Overall, my experience with Dailysale.com has been very disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend doing business with a company that treats their customers in such a manner. DailySale.com Deceitful Refund Policy: My Experience with DailySale.com

I recently bought a refurbished Apple iphone SE 2020 from DailySale.com for $148.00. I also added a Double-Protection Plan for $43.90 and the website automatically included Shipping Protection for $16.98, which I didn't want but had no choice. The total amount I paid was $208.88. However, when the phone arrived, it was defective and kept rebooting itself every 3 minutes. I called tech support at Apple and spent the next 3 hours with them trying to fix the phone, but it was unsuccessful. Apple concluded that the only way to fix it was to send it to them for a fee.

I decided to get a full refund from DailySale.com and started filling out the proper forms on their "returns" website. However, I was shocked to find out that their refund policy had some hidden charges. Firstly, they charged me a $28.00 handling fee. Secondly, the Double-Protection Plan was non-refundable, even though it was not specified at the time of purchase. Lastly, the mandatory Shipping Protection was also non-refundable, which was also not specified at the time of purchase. The total refund I received from DailySale.com was $134.06, which means they kept $74.82 of my money after sending me a defective product that could not be fixed by the original manufacturer unless totally dismantled.

I cannot believe that this deceitful Company actually does business in the United States of America. Their refund policy is illegal in 50 states and in a court of law. These people are crooks, and need to be dealt with. I think DailySale.com defines the word "SERVICE" as something a bull gives to a cow. Their actions are unacceptable, and they need to be held accountable for their actions.

DailySale.com DailySale.com Review: Great Prices, Frustrating Website Navigation

Hey, so I got an email from DailySale.com today after not checking out their site for a few years. I was like, "why did I stop coming here? They have some dope stuff at crazy low prices!" But then, as I started clicking on different products, I remembered why I stopped coming to their site in the first place.

Every time I clicked on a product to see the details, the site wouldn't take me back to where I was on the product page. It's like, come on, man! Ain't nobody got time for that! And to make matters worse, every time the page reloaded, it was in a slightly different order, making it even harder to keep track of what I had already seen and what I hadn't.

Look, I get it. DailySale.com has a lot of products to offer, and they want to make sure you see them all. But for real, it's too much. I don't have the time or patience to keep scrolling down and trying to figure out where I left off. I just want to look at an item, decide if I want it or not, and then go back to where I was before.

I'm still gonna buy the stuff in my cart today, but I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. It's just too frustrating. I hope someone at DailySale.com reads this and takes it into consideration. Thanks for listening.

DailySale.com Terrible Experience with Dailysale.com: Outdated iPad, No Cancelation, Expensive Return, and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this one just had to be done. So, I ordered an iPad from Dailysale.com, and let me tell you, it was a real doozy. First off, I read some reviews that said the iOS software was outdated, so I wouldn't be able to download any of the good apps like Netflix or YouTube. Not cool, man. So, I decided to email them and cancel my order, but their website doesn't let you do that yourself. I waited and waited for a response, but nothing came. Five days later, they go ahead and ship my order anyway! What gives, right?

So, I figure I'll just return it when it arrives. But then, when I go to print out the return label, they charge me $16.25 for the shipping label! That's almost as much as I paid for the iPad itself! I was pretty ticked off, so I sent them an email to complain. But they didn't do anything to help me out. They just said that if I returned it, they'd keep that $16.25. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Talk about not caring about your customers, am I right?

And to top it all off, they sell old refurbished products that don't even work properly. I mean, what's the point of buying something if it doesn't even do what it's supposed to do? And if you do decide to return it, make sure you read their policy carefully. They basically say that if your package gets lost in the mail, tough luck, you're not getting your money back. So, all in all, I wouldn't recommend buying from Dailysale.com. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

DailySale.com Terrible Customer Service: Avoid This Company at All Costs

This website is a total disaster! I would not recommend doing business with them. I purchased an iPhone for my daughter and everything went smoothly. So, I decided to buy an iPhone 8 for my son as a Christmas present. However, instead of receiving the iPhone 8, I was sent an iPhone X. I tried to contact customer service multiple times via email, but I did not receive any response for a week. Finally, I received an email with a return label.

I returned the iPhone X on December 28th, but I still have not received the phone that I am making payments on. I have already made four payments for a phone that I have not received because the company sent me the wrong phone. The worst part is that there is no phone number to contact customer service. The only way to get in touch with them is by email, and I still have not received a resolution or a straight answer to what is going on with this phone. I am still waiting for them to process the return.

If there is something wrong with your product or if the company makes a mistake and sends you the wrong product, you cannot get in touch with them. It is terrible customer service. I will never do business with them again. I did not even want to give them one star because they do not even deserve that. The company does not value customer service. They made a mistake by sending me the wrong item, and it has been almost a month that I am still paying for an item that I have not received. Do not do business with any company that does not have a phone number to contact customer service.

DailySale.com Terrible Experience with Dailysale.com: iPads Not Legitimate and Customer Service Unhelpful

I recently made a purchase from Dailysale.com for my twin 7-year-old kids. I wanted to get them iPads for Christmas, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money on brand new ones. I read some good reviews about this company, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one.

The first iPad I received worked fine for about four days, but then it stopped taking a charge and wouldn't turn on. I contacted customer service, and they agreed to exchange it for me. However, the model I wanted was out of stock, so I had to choose a different one. When I checked on the status of the exchange, I found out that the new model was also out of stock. I was only partially refunded for my purchase.

A few weeks later, the same thing happened to the second iPad. It wouldn't charge and would die after only 15-20 minutes. I took it to Geek Squad, and they told me that the battery was fried and only charging up to 50%, even though it showed as fully charged. I contacted Dailysale.com again, but they told me that I was outside of the 30-day window for returns. I was only four days past the deadline, but they refused to help me. I had to spend an additional $200 to get a new battery.

I have never dealt with such a terrible company before. They are basically robbing people by selling them refurbished products that are not legitimate. I would not recommend Dailysale.com to anyone. They should not be in business.

DailySale.com Buyer Beware: My Terrible Experience with Dailysale.com

Honestly, my experience with Dailysale.com was not good at all. I ordered a refurbished Apple watch and their protection plan for a total of around $125. However, when I received the product, it was damaged. I understand that it was a refurbished product, but the quality was terrible. The watch face had a significant amount of scratches, and the heart monitor stayed on constantly, even when not being worn. I complained to them, and they offered me two options: either send it back for store credit in the original amount of the product or a refund for the amount of the watch (not including the $20+ protection plan) as well as a nearly $35 restocking fee. I was not happy with this, as I felt that I should not have to pay a restocking fee for a damaged product that they sent me. They did not offer any resolution, so I reluctantly took the $64 refund on my $120 order.

I mailed the product back to them three days after receiving it and tracked it so that I knew when it was delivered. However, after a week went by, and no refund was processed, I contacted them. They said they would look into it, but another couple of weeks went by with no word from them. I emailed them again, and they said there was an issue processing the refund because my iCloud account was still connected to the watch. They should have told me this in the first place and not waited for me to contact them. I then disconnected my iCloud account from the watch and emailed them to confirm that it was done. However, a week went by with no response, so I emailed them again. I was frustrated, so this time I demanded a refund as over a month had passed since they received my return. Still, no response. After another couple of weeks (it has now been a month and a half), I emailed them again, demanding my refund and accusing them of robbing me. Finally, within 24 hours, they sent me an email saying that my $64 refund had been issued. However, I have still not received the payment as of yet, but hopefully, I will within a few days.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Dailysale.com to anyone. Their lack of communication was very sketchy, and I believe that it was a way to exhaust the consumer into forgetting about a refund. The quality of their refurbished products was terrible, and their customer service was not helpful at all. Buyer beware.

Hey there, fellow online shoppers! I have a story to share with you about my recent experience with dailysale.com. Now, I know we all love a good bargain, and let me tell you, the prices on this site are jaw-droppingly low. But, as the saying goes, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

My father-figure tried to purchase a refurbished Apple iPad 2 for me two weeks ago and has been playing a game of email tag with their "customer service" ever since. He even spoke to a "supervisor" who gave him a series of non-answers, and he still doesn't have the iPad 2. I decided to try my luck and ordered earrings and a ring for my wife as a surprise gift. That was a week ago, and I haven't heard a peep from dailysale.com. My account still says "in progress" as of Thursday (11/17/2016).

Now, I'm a pretty easy-going guy, but when it comes to my wife and daughter, I turn into a protective bear. I wrote them a strongly worded email demanding that they get my wife's surprise present to me now, or else! I even threatened to write a review on this site for all of you awesome people who, like me, hate being taken advantage of. I also mentioned that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General in their state. Lo and behold, on Friday (11/18/2016), I received an email from "customer service" apologizing for the delay and promising to ship my order out that day.

Now, I don't want to discourage anyone from trying dailysale.com, but I do want to warn you to be cautious. The prices may be tempting, but the customer service is lacking. If you do decide to make a purchase, make sure to keep a close eye on your account and don't hesitate to reach out to them if you don't hear anything. And, if all else fails, remember that the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General are your silver bullets against scammers like these.

DailySale.com Daily Sale Review: Poor Customer Service and Communication

I gotta say, I've been trying to get in touch with Daily Sale for a while now, and it's been a real struggle. I've sent them a whopping 13 emails about returning two items that just didn't live up to my expectations. And to make matters worse, one of the flashlights I ordered was a total dud - I mean, what's the point of a flashlight that doesn't work, am I right?

Anyway, after all those emails, they finally sent me a new flashlight, which was a relief. But here's the thing - every time I email them about the return, I give them the order number and item number, but they keep asking me for the order number again. Like, come on guys, can't you read?

And to top it all off, they don't even have a phone number you can call. That seems pretty sketchy to me - like they're trying to hide something. Maybe they've hired a bunch of folks who don't speak English well, I don't know.

All I can say is, if you value your sanity and want decent customer service, steer clear of Daily Sale. They're a real headache.

DailySale.com Dailysale.com Review: Terrible Customer Service and Hidden Fees - Avoid at All Costs!

I recently made a purchase on Dailysale.com and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I ordered two items that were supposed to be shipped together in one package, but only one item arrived. I contacted their support team and they asked for a picture of the package, which I had to send to prove that I did not receive the other item. After two weeks of back and forth emails with their "Support", they finally decided to refund only half of my money back! I was shocked to hear that shipping and taxes were non-refundable. I mean, if they didn't deliver the item, why can't I get my taxes back? It just doesn't make sense to me. And to add insult to injury, they claimed that the shipping was free, but now that they gave me a partial refund, I was charged for shipping! What a rip-off!

I strongly advise you to avoid this company and spend a few extra bucks to buy what you need from somewhere else. Dailysale.com is completely incompetent and they will try to take your hard-earned money. I am now forced to dispute this charge with my credit card company, which is a huge hassle. Don't waste your time and money on this website.

DailySale.com Disappointing Experience with Dailysale.com: Received Wrong Product and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Dailysale.com for a refurbished Ipad Air 4. While waiting for my order to arrive, I had a few questions for customer service. Unfortunately, it took them an extremely long time to reply to my inquiries, sometimes up to 2 days.

When my order finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that I had received a different product than what I had ordered. Instead of the Ipad Air 4, I received an Ipad 4, which is old technology from 2012. This merchandise is completely unusable for me, and I am now in the process of trying to return it for a refund.

I have contacted Dailysale.com for a prepaid return shipping label and a refund, but I am still waiting for a reply. This has been a frustrating and inconvenient experience for me, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have read several previous reviews about Dailysale.com, and while most of them were positive, there were some complaints about customers receiving different merchandise than what they had ordered. Despite this, I decided to give them a chance. However, based on my experience, I would advise others to stay away from this company.

It's worth noting that both their website and the confirmation email clearly stated that I had purchased an Ipad Air 4, not an Ipad 4. Despite this, they still filled my order with the wrong product. This is unacceptable and has caused me a lot of hassle and inconvenience.

I recently had an experience with Dailysale.com and I have to say, I was not impressed. DailySale.com Disappointing Experience with Dailysale.com: False Promises, Poor Quality, and Slow Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Dailysale.com. They make all these promises on their website, but when you actually get the products, they're not at all what you expected. I ordered some LED lights, and the picture showed a set of three, but when I got them, there was only one! And don't even get me started on the color - the picture showed a nice, bright blue, but the actual light was more of a dull gray. What gives?

When I reached out to customer service, they tried to offer me a discount of 20%, but that only covered about $7 of the cost. And get this - I found the same lights on another website for half the price! What a ripoff. And when I asked about returning the lights, they said they'd take responsibility for the mistake, but I'd have to pay for the return shipping. That's just not right.

To top it all off, it took them three whole days to respond to my email about the return. Talk about slow service. And when I finally got my replacement shower head, it was supposed to be silver, but it was white instead. What a mess.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Dailysale.com to anyone. Stick with a company that offers free returns and free delivery, no questions asked. Don't waste your time or money on this shady online store.
