CVMaker review: The most horrible company.

Never, EVER buy tickets through this website for Turkish Airlines! This was by far the worst experience our family has ever had.
We bought tickets for our family of four through oojo.com, spending around $2,500. Just one day before our flight, my youngest daughter got sick, and we needed to either reschedule or cancel the tickets. We decided to postpone the flight, hoping she would feel better soon — but what happened next was unbelievable.
They told us we had to pay an extra $1,300 just to change the dates! We were completely shocked. When we asked about a refund instead, they said they could only return about $500 total. That was it — no compassion, no flexibility, no understanding of our situation.
We were left with a huge financial loss and a lot of frustration. After reading other reviews, I now see that this kind of treatment happens to many people.
Do NOT make the same mistake we did! This company is untrustworthy and clearly does not care about its customers.
