Don't ever give them money in advance. I got an attendant for my dad. Requirement was a trained resource with experience of handling terminally ill patients, I got a fresher. I paid complete amount as an advance and they did not replace the person.

Unfortunately in 10 days tie my dad passed away and I asked for refund for the balance days to which the teams replied that they don't have a policy and had an audacity to ask for return of attendant.

Third class company.

One of the worst health care services ever, me working with health insurance, have to appoint a care taker for my mother, hopeless to the core, they have young uneducated girls aged 20-23 from Bihar, who are not trained and equipped to handle aged bed ridden patients, charge you exhorbiant charges 1200/ per day, management is even worst, they don't care, false commitments, would suggest not to take any service's from them.

Curodoc is a really good website for people who need medical attention. They have a team of nurses and caregivers who are really good at their job. They know what they are doing and they are really experienced. They take good care of the patients and make sure that they are comfortable.

The support team is really helpful and they are always there to answer any questions that you might have. They are really patient and they take the time to explain things to you. They are really good at what they do and they are always willing to help.

They also got home physiotherapy for those who need it. If you got elderly people in your family, they can help you take care of them too. And if you got a newborn baby, they can help you with that too. They even got medical equipment that you can rent from them.

I've been using Curodoc for over half a year now and I gotta say, they're pretty good. I found a caretaker for my mother-in-law through them and it was a smooth process. The folks at Curodoc are real pros and they're always there to help you out. Dev, Rakhi Madam, and Sonali Madam are especially great. They're quick to respond and always have your back. I had a terrible experience with Curodoc. They took my money and provided no service in return. The attendant they assigned to me had a false profile and did not show up for our scheduled appointment. When I tried to contact customer care, they were extremely callous and unhelpful. It felt like they were just trying to fool me into thinking they were doing something when they were not.

I am particularly upset because I was trying to get help for my elderly dependent parents. It is criminal to be so negligent with the care of vulnerable individuals. After repeatedly ignoring my distress calls, they only picked up when I called from a different number, and it was only to extract more money from me.

Overall, I believe that Curodoc is a scam. They are not a legitimate medical service and should be banned from operating. I lost my advance payment and received no medical assistance. I recently had an experience with Curodoc, a medical service provider based in Bengaluru. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, I was informed that it would take a minimum of 14 days to process. This was frustrating, as the company had taken my money in a matter of minutes. I felt that this was highly unfair and unprofessional.

I have the WhatsApp messages with profiles of the attendants who were supposed to have been on the job. One of them even reached the hospital but could not locate the patient even after 4 hours. I found it hard to believe that it would take 4 hours to reach the 4th floor of a hospital. This made me question the reliability and responsibility of the company's staff.

In my opinion, Curodoc should not be in the medical profession if they cannot provide reliable and efficient services. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for medical services.

This company, Curodoc, is a complete fraud. They will never provide you with the service you need, but they will ask for money when they contact you and show you false terms and conditions and payment vouchers that are of no use. I unfortunately lost a payment of 15k to them. They have even blocked my number, and when I call from other numbers, they disconnect my calls and do not respond to my emails. The chat support is the worst I have ever experienced. This is a complete scam, and I urge you not to fall into their trap.

As someone in need of elderly care, I contacted Curodoc for their services. I followed up with them over 20 times through emails, but I never received a single response for a refund. Their customer care is pathetic, especially a person named Karan who initially contacted me and provided information about their services. After I made the payment, he stopped answering my calls and blocked me on WhatsApp and calls.

I recently had an experience with Curodoc, a healthcare service provider that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. My mother was sick and in need of an attendant, so I decided to hire one from Curodoc for a period of one month, from 22.12.22 to 20.01.23. However, my experience with them was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, they insisted that I pay the money in advance, which I did. However, after taking the money, they did not have any attendants on their rolls. Instead, they had an arrangement with local vendors. This was not mentioned to me before I paid the money, which was quite misleading.

After paying the money, I had to beg with them every day for providing the services. They hardly provided 5 days of services by rotating 4 attendants in between. This was not what I had paid for, and I was extremely disappointed.

To make matters worse, they talked very politely before I paid the advance. However, after that, they put all the blame on me, stating that "you had not mentioned that the patient has Rice tube" etc. This was quite frustrating, as I had clearly mentioned all the details before paying the money.

I tried to interact with their Senior Manager, Mr. Jasvinder Singh, but he was very rude while talking and putting all the blame on us. Mr. Karan was the person who initially interacted with me before the money was paid, but he was of no help either.

In the end, I lost my mother on 1st of Jan 23, and they hardly provided any services. I paid for one month, but the services were taken for only 5 days. They did not return the money which I paid in advance, and they straight away refused. This was quite disappointing, as I had trusted them with my mother's care.

In conclusion, I would advise anyone considering using Curodoc's services to be cautious. They do not have attendants on their rolls, and their arrangements with local vendors can be quite unreliable. They also do not provide the services they promise, and their customer service is quite poor. I would not recommend using their services, as my experience with them was far from satisfactory.

We recently hired a night shift babysitter from Curodoc for a whopping 25k. At first, they sent us an experienced lady who was great with the services. However, after just one week, she started asking for money that we had already paid in advance to Curodoc. It turned out that the company had not paid her on time, so she stopped coming and the company had no idea what was going on. We had to go through the hassle of informing them about the situation. We made countless calls, sent texts, and followed up with them, but it seemed like they were not interested in helping us out. Despite their tagline of being available 24x7, their POC and managers were not willing to talk to us.

To make matters worse, they sent us another maid who was very dirty, unhygienic, and had no experience with newborn babies. She slept through the night and didn't even know how to change a diaper or feed the baby. We were extremely frustrated and harassed as customers. Their executive was talking to us in a harsh and loud manner, which only added to our frustration. They told us that they could only provide a solution after 10AM the next day during office hours.

Despite the fact that we had already paid for the services and there was no return policy, we had to continue with their services. However, we would never recommend anyone to use their services in the future. It was a terrible experience that left us feeling cheated and disappointed.

My experience with Curodoc began on October 15th when I needed a male nurse to care for my elderly relative who had undergone hip replacement surgery. After confirming the attendant, the company insisted on an advance payment for the full 15 days of care. I didn't hesitate to pay online because of the brand promise mentioned on their website - "Your healthcare partner, patient caring is our passion." However, I soon realized that this promise was nothing but a farce.

On the first day, the attendant, Mr. Lalit, arrived and was professional and well-trained. However, on the second day, he had a family crisis and was unable to come for patient care. Despite repeated follow-ups with customer care (Ms. Yogita) for a replacement for the day, we were unsuccessful. We contacted Yogita almost 10 times in a day, but she was of no help. As a result, family members had to take over the care themselves. We even tried to reach out to Mr. Akhil Kaul, the so-called CEO-Founder, but his call center didn't care about patient needs. Akhil Kaul doesn't seem to care about customer care or remember his brand promise.

To make matters worse, the attendant fell ill with a viral infection, and we informed the company well in advance about the need for a replacement. Unfortunately, they didn't have any replacements available. When we contacted customer care, Yogita said it wasn't her responsibility to provide a replacement. This was unacceptable, especially during these COVID times.

I'm writing this review to seek a response from the responsible management to look into the hardships faced by their customers. We paid well in advance and received a pathetic, unapologetic response from customer care. I wouldn't recommend Curodoc's services to anyone. Their service is poor, and their promises are empty.

Hi,

On September 2nd I requested a attendant for 12hrs for Mrs. Papamma Hyderabad.

And company couldn’t find anyone within 48hrs as requested. So I asked for the refund of advance money paid which is Rs.3000.

They gave me an email address and asked to send all the details. It’s been over a week now and haven’t received any response from them.

They are not answering any calls or responding to my text’s except Ramneet(she texts I will follow up or forward the request)

How long the process takes to get the refund.
