CubeSmart review: Customer service

I went to my unit to search through my property. I then went to the bathroom, as I exited I went back to where my unit is at the second floor. I was approached by a maintenance employee, who accused me of throwing garbage on the floor. I responded that it was not me. When I was done, I directed myself to the office to ask Ms. Tatiana (the employee) to please search in the camera and show me where I enter the bathroom with a bag of garbage. She ignored me. I left the facility and she left behind her desk to yell at me, curse me, and tell me that it would be my last day at this facility. Ms. Tatiana, continued to tell me that only because they are "nice' I am permitted to be there and look through my property. I am disabled, walk with a cane, and at times I have to sit down for a minute due to the incrutiating pain. as a long-time client, (6 years) I have the right to search, organize, change, or be at my storage unit (as long as they are opened) for whatever time I need to be there. Ms. Tatiana humilliated me, embarrassed me in front of other people that were at the storage. This lady also disrespected me. I will take measures in this matter due to the lack of professionalism and customer service that this employee provides. the incident took place May 8, 2025 from 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM.
