Cuballama / Techrrific Compresor de nevera

Realice la compra del compresor que debía llegar de dos a tres semanas. Ahora va a llegar de ocho a 12 semanas a la ciudad de la Habana y nadie te da respuesta del exceso de tiempo y el porque de la falta respeto. La página no te muestra los tiempos de entrega con claridad y mucho menos el recorrido del paquete haciendo que la personas compren con idea que la compra va a llegar rápido y al final es todo una mentira la que nadie da solución.

Nadie que te atiende es cubano y desconocen los procesos reales de como funcionan las entregas en cuba. Por ende no te pueden dar respuesta de nada

Cuballama / Techrrific Envie 3 paquetes de 11 libras a la Habana desde el 20 de Mayo. No lo entregaron.

Envie 3 paquetes a la Habana dsde el 20 de Mayo por unas de sus oficinas en Miami. Me dijeron que el tiempo maximo de la demora de la entrega era de 8 semanas. cobraron el envio por libras en lo que iba inluida la entrega a domicilio.

Ha pasado el tiempo y no han entregado. Les hice una queja y la respuesta fue por email es que ellos no son responsables despues que el paquete llega a Cuba. Son Fraude total, porque aqui ellos me cobraron a mi la entrega al domicilio de mis familiares en Cuba. Y verbalmente me dieron la seguridad de que los paquetes iban a llegar a las manos de mi familia a finales de Junio. Esta gente esta robando a los que vivimos en Estados Unidos aprovechandose de la necesidad de nuestras familias en Cuba

Cuballama / Techrrific a fraudulent charge was made to my checking account in the amount of $22.99.

A charge of $22.99 was made to my checking account as a POS transaction. After calling the number listed (see screenshot below) multiple times to listen to the recorded message (my Spanish isn't that good) Facebook suggested Gonzalez Carolina from Miami FL as a friend. Did the money go to Cuballama or to that phone? Please contact me at [protected]@live.com.

Cuballama / Techrrific balance vs recharge

Hello! I added money in my balance today, but what I meant to do was a recharge for a friend in Cuba. Is there a way to transfer my balance to the recharge? Thank you. I would like to be able to use the balance to recharge my friend's phone. Please help me to do that as my friend needs the money. Any help would be greatly appreciated as soon as possible.

Cuballama / Techrrific unauthorized credit card charges

I have charges that cleared my bank on nov 28 in the amount of $23.00, $23.00, $23.00 and $18.75 causing my account to be over drawn and causing an overdraft fee of $144.00. What do I need to do to take care of this because I have no idea how you got the card number and it was used. I don't even know what this is. Last four of the card number are 4631.

It's difficult to believe that Cuballama did not solve your issue. They have a great customer service department that have solved my problems several times in the past. If you want to make any recharge to cuba for me is a good place indeed and help me always during the process.

Cuballama / Techrrific nothing but a headache

What's the point of this company existence? I would understand if they worked and operated normally, but they are absolutely useless and overpriced.
Lots of hidden and additional fees, it's just crazy. So many times I asked them to resolve my issue. Do you think that something was done? No way. They didn't even pretend to be working on it. They just don't give a darn. It's a terrible company. For real. Stay away.

My name is Annie, my number is7173309216 . Today 80/26/2017 I did 2 refills and you promised me gifts for that. I have never received any free minutes as gifts since I started refilling my family's phone. Just today, because a friend told I realized that you guys never gave me the gifts in each refill I have done. Please I need you to help me in that. Txs

Cuballama / Techrrific a refill that my relative in cuba didn't receive

On July 4th I refilled my cousin's cell phone number in Cuba and, although the $20.99 were debited from my account, my relative didn't receive it. I have always used Cuballama but if it is no longer reliable I'll have to move to a different company that does not ply with the money of a usual customer. Cuballama / Techrrific long distance calling

I "recharged" my brother's cell phone in Cuba on 6/19/2017 and I was charged right away. I have done this in the past and never had an issue with the phone being recharged within the hour. It was father's day and I wanted to call him to wish the best but the recharge never happened. I called the company on Monday the 20th, and they said that recharges can take 1-2 days (this has never taken longer than a couple of hours). I waited and called on Wed and was told that technically it hadn't been 24 hours. I decided to give them a week and called on Friday and was told that someone would call me back to take care of the issue. It is now Monday the 26th and still haven't resolved the problem.

I've had other issues with this company in the past (stealing my call minutes) but I have always looked the other way. I use this service on a regular basis and almost every time, I am shorted minutes. For example: you will make a 15 min call (mins counted by your cell phone's timer), but the system will deduct 17-20 mins. They over count minutes and NEVER give you the time you paid for.

Cuballama / Techrrific fraudulent use of debit card

My debit card was used 4 times on 6/20/17 and charged $92 for services that I didn't authorize. I've had to cancel my debit card and now filing a complaint with the BBB. This has took money from my family. I don't know anybody in Cuba let alone Canada to obtain phone services through this company. I've seen several complaints in regards to fraudulent charges to individuals debit cards.

Cuballama / Techrrific Scam!!!

This service is a total scam! After I used www.cuballama.com and of course after they received my credit card information I got several charges. I almost every week I was charged. They stole my card information and probably sold it to someone or used it themselves.
I know that was their fault because I was in contact with my bank when we tried to find out where did these charges came from.
When I contacted CubaLlama they claimed they were not responsible for that! I already blocked my card but I need to get all my money back! These scammers should be stopped! Avoid!

Cuballama / Techrrific Fake bills and no agents, who would help you

Don’t use the services of the company www.cuballama.com. I have used them only one month, but I have paid for the month in advance. But these guys continued to send me some fake bills and notifications that I needed to pay for these bills. WTF? I tried to find someone from this company, but the customer services were completely useless place. They didn’t have any agents, who would be able to help you.

Cuballama / Techrrific their connectivity didn't work

I used mobile connectivity of the company www.cuballama.com, because I had serious and long business travel. I spoke with the rep before I signed the agreement with this company. The rep assured me that there wouldn’t be any problems, but when I arrived at the airport my phone was already blocked. They fooled me and it was so difficult to return money back from this company. Be aware!

Gostaria de canceller uma recarga referent a dia 08/10/2017, me equivoquei e fiz duas recargas. Também verificar se existe mais recargas referentes a dia 10/10/2017, estas aparecem na tarjetas mas não foram confirmadas no meio como recargas feitas com sucesso. se aconteceu, cancelar também.
