Booked the last unit of instrument available, was planning for delivery cost then they SOLD out the product with out my acknowledgement, its kind of service is UNACCEPTABLE! Its an online site so can't do much, hope someone can do something.

In order to be fair to all customers, we offer our products on a first come, first served basis. It is our general policy to not 'hold' or 'reserve' items without a deposit or purchase order.
