Came to give an estimate yesterday. They came to do the job this morning. My water oak was trimmed exactly as I asked and the termites in it zapped! They cleaned up all debris. They even came back to answer a question. The gentlemen who did the work are very polite. I feel very fortunate to have chosen Chris and his crew from my online search.

Showed professionalism and efficiency on the door, got started. The crew had to use my elderly neighbor's yard to pull out branches and tree trunks to their grinder, which was staged on the street. They interacted with her and made her feel comfortable. They zeroed out the tree in question inside of two hours, including clean-up. Another service wanted to charge me double what I paid Crescent City Trees. I'm a big fan. And, I love an interactive crew like the one that took care of my tree.

I liked that Chris, the owner, personally came out to look at the tree. We discussed what would be done. The proposal was reasonable. Once I contacted him to do the work, It was scheduled within that same week. After his crew did the work, I informed Chris that I felt not enough was cut. He met me at my house and looked at it and agreed with me. They came back that same day and took care of it. I was very pleased, and I would recommend his company to anyone that needs his service.

Excellent experience, top to bottom. Very fast response, and flexible enough to fit into our crazy schedule. The owner came out, spoke to us about the trees, and emailed a quite reasonable proposal the next day. Later that week, their crew came out to do the work. It took about two hours. I don't think we realized that old, large trees could be reshaped to look the way they do now. Spectacular results. I own another house that needs work on a tree. From start to finish, the work done by Chris and his Crescent City Tree crew was excellent. Chris personally came to the site and reviewed what needed to be done. He took the time to answer all questions and my concerns. The quote I received for Crescent City Tree's services was almost half of what four other competitors wanted to charge. The result was better than I expected. When the need arises, I will certainly use Crescent City Tree in the future. And I will tell family and friends who need tree cutting or trimming, tree removal or any of their services to call them first. They will love the price and the result.

From the very first contact that we had with Crescent City Tree LLC and the staff of Crescent City Tree LLC, everything was done promptly, professionally, and ethically. All promises that were made were kept. The crews arrived on the date and time agreed upon with all the equipment necessary to professionally and efficiently remove three (3) very large pine trees that were toppled by Hurricane [name of hurricane]. The work required portions of 2 of the 3 trees be removed from sections of my neighbors roofs --- this was successfully accomplished without inflicting additional damage to the 2 properties. The crew was knowledgeable, careful and proficient. The work was performed properly and in my opinion at a very reasonable price. If we ever require tree services in the future, we will definitely contract Crescent City Tree LLC.
