The company Representative was very professional and courteous during both the quote and repair phases. He clearly explained the repairs required to us and maintained that communication during the task of the repairs. Their speedy response to our issues (1 week) was greatly appreciated and a testament to their professionalism.

Excellent work, good price, after several other companies failed to return calls, quoted us insane prices, or refused to do the work. Later, the technician came by to check on it. Just had Parging Pros finish a job at our home (foundation and concrete steps). I would highly recommend them. The owner of the company is young (34) energetic and a real pro. In fact, he pointed out previous work that was done (putting epoxy in cracks vs hydraulic cement) that had actually caused damage to the foundation, that had been recommended by one of the other companies we had received a quote from. My wife and I found the owner and his crew had a nice combination of being professional, thorough, competent with an attention to detail and on top of that they were nice people.

We recently had Parging Pros and their team complete work to repair foundation cracks, crumbling foundation and to replace parging. I can't say enough good things about Parging Pros! When I first contacted them for an estimate, they responded promptly and quickly made arrangements to complete an estimate. The estimate was extremely reasonable. Once we hired this company to complete the work, they showed up on time, voluntarily showed us the work as it progressed, took great care to not damage plants and took a lot of time cleaning up all areas of the worksite. The quality of the work completed was excellent with great attention to the smallest detail. Parging Pros is a very engaging company who maintains great communication before and throughout the job. They are one of the rare companies that we have dealt with who display a very high level of integrity and truly seem to value the trust their clients have placed in them to work on their home! We contacted Parging Pros based on a recommendation from our driveway contractor and I'm so glad we did. Even though it was late in the season, Parging Pros managed to squeeze us into his schedule for an estimate and then, a couple of weeks later, came by to parge around our garage and one side of the foundation that contained our basement windows. Parging Pros is incredibly friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained the problems he saw and the methods he would use to address these issues. He gave us many options and his personal recommendations, allowing us to choose the option with which we felt the most comfortable. He gave us some links to view his quality of work and read reviews from previous customers. His honesty and professionalism impressed us so much that we opted for a more expensive option to ensure we got the most out of his knowledge and skill. We highly recommend Parging Pros and are already planning to have them back to repair our porch next season!

Working with Parging Pros Corp. was an absolute pleasure. The owner was a consummate professional throughout the entire process a very knowledgeable, personable, kind and responsive individual. We contacted many contractors regarding internal and external cracks in our foundation which were resulting in water pooling within our basement. Parging Pros Corp. were the first to visit, first to inspect the cracks and first to provided a quote (for which every detail was thoroughly explained and the price very competitive). Work commenced on the cracks within the week and all repairs were completed in timely manner and of the highest professional quality. Following the repairs, we were provided a very detailed walk through of the finished work and every attempt was made to ensure that we were truly satisfied.
