Cracker Barrel review: Manager

The service was very slow, due to it being busy and not many servers. I over heard a manager laughing with a waiter and waitress about only giving a waitress 1 table. The more I watched it was a joke among employees and had that young waitress with only 1 table to serve had more than 1 table the service would not have been so bad. It is highly discouraging, to see such immature behavior especially coming from management. If they were reprimanding the waitress by only giving her 1 table that is fine but when they make a spectacle of it and laugh and carry on as if it's a joke that is very unprofessional. As I was leaving I saw the young lady go into the bathroom in tears. I'd say this Cracker Barrel location needs to demote some employees if not get new ones. I will never eat here again. Bullying in the best word that comes to mind
