Cracker Barrel review: kaktus long dress

I bought a dress from Cracker Barrel Store in Las Vegas .
I live all the way in lake Las Vegas when I got home to try on the dress I saw the security alarm still attach on to the dress .
I then call the store to let them know about the problem I spoke to the Supervisor Mr Taylor Reily he said that he was sorry and I must bring the dress for them to take off the alarm.

I was very disappointed that I was put out of my way the drive is about one hour and a half in traffic to get there and he was not sensitive to my
Feelings I feel very hurt that Cracker Barrel is my favorite store to eat and shop and they did not make me feel happy as a regular costumer
I think I should be compensated for my inconvenience I am a senior and that s a long way from home.
