Cracker Barrel review: Did not receive food, want a refund

Called in an order at Cracker Barrel Lexington Kentucky, Stanton way at 6:45pm, was told 20 to 25 minute for pickup. Arrived at store at 7:10 pm paid for food at 7:13pm waited until 7:50pm and the food was still not available so I ask for a refund and was told by the shift manager that he could not refund my money. He gave me a card with an [protected]. After calling multiple times I could not get a human Cracker Barrel employee on the phone to explain or get my money refunded. I did not get the food and I find this distasteful and very unprofessional. Upon arrival I was told over nerf over by at least 5 different Cracker Barrel employees that it would be ready soon and while standing in the pickup area 4 out of 5 people paying for the meals had issues from not receiving something they had ordered to walking out as like me there food never arrived. And not if=t has seemed I have donated to Cracker Barrel’s prosperity while loosing over an hour of my time and money. On top of this I have been eating at this restaurant 4 nights a week s I’m staying beside it in a hotel working out of the town I live in. And I can say that the orders we have placed have never been correct something was missing or incorrect every night to the point the rest of my company members refuse to visit this location again. And now neither will i. Traveling all over the United States I can honestly a say I have never saw a more disfunctional Cracker Barrel. If this one doesn’t get under control soon there wont be one at this particular location. I can also say that in my 60 years of life I have never not 1 single time filed a complaint but this one not only robbed my time, money but it also left me late for a meeting and no dinner. Those are my issues, the refund is cracker barrels
