Faulty Washing Machine
20 Feb - called CS hotine and CSO Noriani promised to have Hitachi's team to call bac latest by 24 Feb to arrange for repair.
24 Feb - nothing
25 Feb - emailed Courts
26 Feb - Courts replied and lied about calling more than 3x to my mobile. Tod them to call my mobile and to show which number they called.
27 Feb - radio silence till I chased where a useless reply (by Elton) was given. Chased again since reply doesn't help.
28 Feb - CSO Jonathan replied at 11.49am that Hitachi will call me again on the same day and I replied (12.05pm) to call me at my mobile (number was given AGAIN).
Jonathan replied at 2.24pm to say that Hitachi will not call as they are either on had day or off that day. I was ? - why then did he inform that Hitachi will call me by today and to provide the contact number?
I replied at 4.06pm AGAIN with my number and till today (2 March), radio silence from Courts.
It is now March and my elderly parents have to bear with the inconveniences and risk hurting themselves.
You should do better, Courts Singapore.
Desired outcome: Give the correct mobile number to Hitachi and have them to call - as simple as that.
