We got a new car from Courtesy Acura
We got a new car from Courtesy Acura. It was a bad experience because they did some shady stuff. When we were ready to get the car, they told us they messed it up. They melted the back bumper while they were getting it ready. They said sorry but then they wanted to send it to a body shop to fix it. We don't like that. The bumper is part of the car's safety and we don't think it's okay. We also don't think we got what we paid for. A car that's been to a body shop isn't the same as a "new" car we agreed to buy.
