I went to Fast N Easy Auto Sales to buy a used car
I went to Fast N Easy Auto Sales to buy a used car. I saw a car on their website that had features I wanted, but when I bought it, the car didn't have those features. I found out two days later and went back to the dealership. The person there said it wasn't their fault because they didn't physically check the car before putting it on their website. They didn't offer me a 2-day cancellation option, but they charged me for it anyway. If I had known about it, I would have returned the car the same day. The car has had a lot of mechanical problems since I bought it. I've gone back to the dealership several times, but they haven't been able to fix it. The car stopped working completely less than three months after I bought it. This dealership has a lot of bad reviews for selling cars with problems and using shady sales tactics. Even though I bought the car as-is, I feel like I was tricked into buying a car that didn't have the features they advertised. They also charged me for a cancellation policy without telling me about it. If I had known, I would have returned the car right away.
