I misunderstood the info when I originally purchased access to their program and mistakenly ordered more than I intended to. They designed it that way. The very next morning, I contacted them and requested a refund of $72.98. (I still wanted to purchase the $39.99 option.) They refused; instead, they patronized me with an $11.50 refund. I specifically asked them to cancel any future payments. They said they agreed not to bill me any further. However, now they have pushed through another payment of $79.99. To make matters worse, their product wasn't useful either.

Desired outcome: I also requested a refund of the additional $79.99 charge. But that was also refused.

Coursiv eventually issued a refund and apologized.
So, in fairness to them, I wanted to provide this update.

Resolved

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
