COURSIV is a FRAUDULENT site that has an unauthorized automatic billing system. You agree to purchase the 28-day AI app challenge for $19.99, enter your card details, and the charge is made, but immediately afterwards you are asked if you want the full package for $49.99. You answer “NO” and they charge you anyway! The 28-day challenge expires and they charge you again, but this time it's not $19.99, it's $39.99, automatically. You COMPLAIN and they automatically reply that NO MORE charges will be made. You write to their so-called email address again and the emails bounce back. I wrote a series of complaints on the TRUSTPILOT website, and they replied that I should write to support@coursiv.io, but the simplified response was, “We are very sorry for your bad experience with Coursiv. Rest assured that we take your comments very seriously.” Plop! They really are shameless. And the worst part is that such a course does not exist; it is just a list of AI apps with a very brief description. It's truly absurd.

Recommendation: Be very careful when clicking for more information because there is some small print that says “By continuing, you accept all our terms.” I now interpret this as meaning that you authorize a series of unauthorized charges that we are going to make, in exchange for nothing! Because Coursiv has no product or service of value.

I completely and wholeheartedly agree with the previous comments. They've scammed me out of money that I was investing in my business and my future and they refuse to refund me . They tried 3 different payments, the first being £47.99 on 3 occasions which my bank blocked, They took £23.99 randomly and more recently two lots of £35.99 and they can't explain what those amounts are for.
Shame on you Coursiv!

I agree. I signed up for a course for $19.99 and it was not clear and I don't recall seeing anywhere that since they had my credit card info, the would bill me monthly, $70, for a subscription. I signed up for a course and had no idea it was a subscription for multiple times more monthly than the amount I agreed to pay for once. It was very difficult to find a way to contact Coursiv since there is no phone number listed or email address found in there website. I finally found a Link to submit a question ticket but this was burried beneath layers of searching which seems obviously designed make it very difficult to cancel or question the charges. I also finally found more information by pretending to be interested in signing up for a course. The cancellation and refund policy is ridiculous and is designed to prevent qualifying for a refund unless it was a person's object from the start to try to get a refund. Refund requests must be accompanied by screen shots of every use of the application, time and date stamped and submitted within 30 days of signing up for the course. Who would screenshot their every move in an application other than someone who intended to request a refund from the start? It is not possible to use the app and after use, determine you are not happy or satisfied with the app and then request a refund as a normal person might do. Their refund requirements are ridiculous and not reasonable in any way. Steer clear from this merchant.

I agree with the past reviewers. I was disappointed with this course. The format was not engaging, making it difficult to stay focused, and the content was far too basic for anyone looking for real depth or practical application. It felt more like a surface-level overview than a well-structured learning experience. To make matters worse, my request for a refund was rejected, despite my clear dissatisfaction with the product. I would not recommend it for anyone with prior knowledge of the topic or looking for value beyond the most elementary information.

Same experience here. This is not education, it is fleecing the blind. If you want to pay them just to click the mouse a thousand times go ahead. I cannot say enough that Pam Bondi should shut this site down in the US. It is a thievery ring and one that uses ai to do it.

Consumer Alert / Complaint

I wish to share my experience so that others may remain cautious. Recently, an amount of nearly ₹10,000 was debited from my account, whereas the actual course I intended to purchase was priced at only ₹604.

This is a clear case of misrepresentation and fraudulent practice. The concerned platform used highly attractive and persuasive promotional videos to mislead customers into making payments far beyond the actual cost. I fell victim to this deceptive strategy and therefore feel compelled to record my grievance here.

I strongly urge others to exercise extreme caution while dealing with websites and service providers such as Coursiv and Justdial, which, in my view, are operating in a manner that traps unsuspecting customers.

🔹 My advice:

Always verify the authenticity of such platforms before making any payments.

Do not get carried away by glossy advertisements or promotional campaigns.

Raise awareness among peers to prevent further exploitation.

Fraudulent activities not only cause financial loss but also undermine the trust of consumers. Strict regulatory oversight and customer vigilance are essential to prevent such scams.
