I uploaded some of my files and those of my older sister from two of my now deactivated accounts (MinisterPanther481 and SuperDogPerson 102). I feel uncomfortable knowing that those files are still uploaded on Google and other search engines.

Good evening,

I'm writing you because I accidentally uploaded some articles from my university classes which violate some of my classmates' privacy and they've asked me to remove them.
I then sent a message for the removal through their "contact us" section of the website and by inserting all the links of the articles I wanted to be removed.
They replied some days ago saying that they couldn't and I'm not understanding why, now they've stop replying to my emails.

Ive been trying to log in in my account but i really can't open it?i paid it for unlocks.. please help! i can't enter to my account with course hero app I can't use tutors question even to unlocks documents i can't what happened ?
Also another problem I have paid for three months but last time I saw only zero unlocks documents left that impossible because i only unlocks 10 documents since September what's wrong with course hero ?
Everything I'm trying with it doesn't working !

Hello, I accidentally uploaded documents without knowing that I was not going to be able to delete them by myself. In this documents, my name, my professor's name, and class are located on the first page.

My professor requested me to take down this document or she would inform my university's deans and maybe take legal action against me for spreading her information.

I completed a privacy form, and I was told that they could not see my name when in reality it is on the 1st page. Hope you can help me to solve this as soon as possible.

I requested to coursehero to take down the file that has my personal information last monday, March 22, 2021 and until now I still haven't receive any email in regards to my request.

I have uploaded notes from my university which has been asked to remove it immediately by the lecturer. I have accidentally uploaded few notes from my university into course hero and now i really need to remove before there are action from the top level management of the university. I have asked course hero to remove but there are still no action has been taken yet. I really need to remove all of the documents from my account as soon as possible.

Please may you kindly delete my documents and my account as well. I would like to start a new account. I have emailed support and no response as yet . I need to urgently have my documents deleted. Thank you in advance. I realised that there was no option that will upload my documents as I would want and remove them as I would want. My account is connected to my gmail. I cannot log in for two months already, when I try to log in the website displays "There was an error. Please try again.". I have tried like a hundred times, clearing cookies, using a new window, browsing in private mode, turning on and off VPNs... nothing worked. My account name is hpxin_Mak in your website. I accidentally uploaded my documents because I thought that this website is like a google drive where I can store and save all of my documents privately. But, unfortunately, I made a big assumption about this website because I never thought that this website can spread all of my documents without me knowing it beforehand.

I have been tutoring since January, recently I received a mail that my account has been revoked yet i had almost $300 pending in the account. I can't deny the fact that Course Hero has been helping me meet my needs, pay rent and buy food but the course of action that was taken will leave me jobless.

I requested the removal of multiple documents of my work and the response I received was simply that I had given them license to my work and they would not remove it. This was after I had explained that I needed them removed as they violated my universities policies. I responded again restating my situation and once again requesting their removal and never received another response.

I made an account, and paid $119.40 for a year long membership. It took the money out, but when I go on course hero it won't let me unlock any documents and says to upgrade. So I really just paid $120 for nothing? I emailed support and Anna Sun responds quickly and says the email I gave her is only with the free trial... so what account is my membership on? I only made one account with my email and I never got a confirmation number?! She asks me for more details and she will help me but it's been over a day and with more emails sent to support and NO response. I've waited 24 hours. I just want my refund since I never got to do anything and now $120 down the drain.

Hello, I have been a tutor on course hero and recently I received an email claiming that I have violated you policies.i was never informed nor warned of the policy that I violated.
I have been providing student with great answers which are upto your standard.
I feel as if I was treated unfairly and would kindly like to regain my account back.If not, please pay me the hard earned money that I had worked for in the past few weeks.

March 3, 2021, I try to add a payment method to my account but error occured. I tried it more than 3 times and "payment method request exceed limit" after that my account has automatically log out. when I tried to reopen it "An error has occured, please contact customer service. I tried in to open to both my laptop and phone but same result has show. I already answers many questions and I'm expecting my pay out. Please kindly do something about it.

Today I received an email from my tutor asking me to remove some of my notes from the site or I'll face legal action.

I panicked and deactivated my account, not knowing that this doesn't actually delete the files which remain on the page.

Please help me reactivate account so I can handle it appropriately.

I paid for a year of membership and it says 30 unlocks per month. So I had been using it since January and then it asked me to pay for unlocks so, I contacted them they told me to either upload my papers for them to use to get unlocks or pay 25.00 for 10 unlocks. I told them that I had not used 30 unlocks in January nor 30 unlocks for February. They upgrade to be able to use now which meant paying more. I said why they said I used 30 unlocks from January to February so I would have to wait for February 28 to get more unlocks. Now it said that you get 30 unlocks per month. not from the time you pay till the same day next month. They refuse to honor their subscription as they have printed nowhere does it say from day of start to next month same day to get more unlocks. They yell and refuse to let you speak to upper management, take no number no call back, email support say they will get back to you within 24 hours nothing every time you call they make you listen to them and try to make you pay more. I paid $119.00 for the year it has not even been a month and they are saying if I cancel they will take 39.95 and it is not even a month.
