Hi I would like to remove all my uploaded document related to my research paper. Due to when we plagscan our paper it shows a higher percentage of plagiarisma. I need to take it down as soon as possible or before june 13 since our research defense will only be until June 14 2021. I seek for fast action in my concern. Thank you.

Its just my 2nd month on course hero and I don't have any violations or warnings I have 100% helpful rate then up until now. I can't access my account anymore. I tried emailing the support team but they are not replying to my emails. I want to know why my account was revoked and why I can't login. I have 100%helpful rate with no violations or warnings whatsoever.

Like everyday I answer student's Questions at morning but today suddenly my account stopped working.
I tried logging in many times but same message as wrong email and password.
I have sent email to the support team but no response till now.
Please solve this issue to the earliest as during this lockdown I currently make my living through course hero only.

I wanted to delete the documents in my account because some of it are from my schools which it need to be deleted because of the School regulations. Pls. Contact me immediately before anything else may happen.

I have a course hero account and I would like all the documents that I uploaded today to be deleted. My professor just recently today reached out to me to delete the documents for copyright reasons.

I have finished my probationary period last Monday June 7 2021. Apparently, I received another violation which resulted to revoking my account. The violation says that I plagiarized my answer even if its not. When I ask the support team they just told me that the violation is valid without any further investigation on how they come up on that comment. I have attached some supporting docs with regards to this complain.

I would like to request for deletion of my uploaded file in Course Hero with the file name "[Template] Module 1- IP.docx". My professor told me to immediately turn it down or else I will be given a disciplinary action. I do not remember when was the exact date that I uploaded the file but I am very certain that it is one of these previous months. Since accessing files in Course Hero is not for free, it left me no choice but to upload my file because I do not have the required amount for it. The file that I was going to access on that time was related to the Indigenous People from which will be the basis of my answer on the given activity of my professor. However, it just so happen that we are prohibited to upload those files which compromise the intellectual property rights of my professor who originally made that file.

With this, I humbly ask in your good office to delete my uploaded file with the name "[Template] Module 1- IP.docx". I do highly appreciate if you could. Thank you very much and more power!

I deactivated my account in coursehero hoping that my uploaded document would be remove but it's not. Can you please remove my document

I have uploaded my files from my university which has been asked to remove it immediately by the school. and I have accidentally uploaded all my files from my university into course hero and now i really need to remove before there are action from the top level management of the university. I have asked course hero to remove but there are still no action has been taken yet. I really need to remove all of the documents from my account as soon as possible

Why I cant access my account, I tried to log in just 2 hours ago and upload some files to get my free unlocks. While my uploads are processing I just leave it there, when I came back it got log out. When I tried to log in again, it cant pass in the log in page and the message keep saying "There was an error. Please try again." My account is relatively new, and this happened today May 23, 2021 and I hope you can resolve this issue. This actually the 2nd time that my account was deleted, or I really dont know if I got banned or anything. Please just let me know.

I accidentally uploaded a 2 documents in my coursehero account. Its an information/notes from my university and it is strictly stated on our handbook that we should not upload it in any sites. I have filed a complaint through DMCA on someone having uploaded my paper without my consent but my issue is yet to be resolved. my ticket number is 2145400. The uploaded paper belongs to my client whom I had done an assignment for, and he faces suspension from the university. He is set to meet the disciplinary committee for the final verdict and this is the only way I can assist him. I NEED THAT PAPER REMOVED ASAP. Please let me know how how long it will take because my issue is so urgent.
