I want to removed my uploaded files but instead i deactivated my account. Please reply ASAP

Why I cant access my account, I tried to log in just 2 hours ago and upload some files to get my free unlocks. While my uploads are processing I just leave it there, when I came back it got log out. When I tried to log in again, it cant pass in the log in page and the message keep saying "There was an error. Please try again." My account is relatively new, and this happened today May 23, 2021 and I hope you can resolve this issue. This actually the 2nd time that my account was deleted, or I really dont know if I got banned or anything. Please just let me know.

I accidentally uploaded a 2 documents in my coursehero account. Its an information/notes from my university and it is strictly stated on our handbook that we should not upload it in any sites. PLEASEE REMOVE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I'M BEGGING. Otherwise, I will be expelled and probably be charge with plagiarism/copyright infringement. I have filed a complaint through DMCA on someone having uploaded my paper without my consent but my issue is yet to be resolved. my ticket number is 2145400. The uploaded paper belongs to my client whom I had done an assignment for, and he faces suspension from the university. He is set to meet the disciplinary committee for the final verdict and this is the only way I can assist him. I NEED THAT PAPER REMOVED ASAP. Please let me know how how long it will take because my issue is so urgent.

I have accidentally uploaded few notes from my university into course hero and now i really need to remove before there are action from the top level management of the university. I'm afraid that my professors might find out that I uploaded some of our class notes accidentally and I would get reprimanded. I have asked course hero to remove but there are still no action has been taken yet. I really need to remove all of the documents from my account as soon as possible.

The error is "we failed yo log in you, please try again later"
I have encountered this problem twice with different account and until now i still can't access my account.

Hi. I am currently having the issue where I accidentally uploaded a lot of incorrect document which is all my privacy on it and need it all to be removed. Please help to remove all the document and course that have uploaded on my account on course hero. Thank you.

I subscribed for a special offer course hero offered to me for a 1 month description for $14.95 on March 28 and on the same day I have cancelled the reoccurring payment in my account so that course hero cannot take automatic payments in my account. By the way the 2 month subscription I subscribed is not the same as the annual subscription where it states that you have to pay $119.49 up front. The subscription is just for 1 month. But comes April 8 course hero charged me $119.40 for an annual subscription that I have never even subscribed to. So I filed a dispute with PayPal for an authorize subscription and for some reason course hero won the dispute and PayPal didn't refund my money. I called course hero and refuse to refund the $119.40 they stole from me and their reason is because I filed a dispute with PayPal and they kept insisting that the the transaction from PayPal is frozen which does not make sense why is it frozen if they won the dispute. It don't even make sense that I just signed up for a month subscription and a week after I got charged for a year subscription even though my month subscription just started. I called PayPal again and tried to reopen my dispute but PayPal could not open the dispute anymore and advices me to call the merchant and ask them to refund me the money again but when I called course hero again they kept insisting that refund is out of the option already. It has been so stressful in part and I do not have the funds at this moment. I just want my $119.40 back. Their customer service people are very rude as well. Course hero just steal peoples money. Do not subscribe or even think about putting your payment information to course hero because they will just take your money and have you sign up in a subscription that you never even authorized for.

For all the notes I got from my university which I need to ask for consent from the owner since they are made for only university students. The date of the incident was 4-19/21. I accidentally deactivated my account and i cannot get back in and my answers with my name on them are still up which is dangerous. This could very well be dangerous to me so either take the document down or reactivate my account. I think its weird that my account is deactivated yet my answers are still up there even with them being on archive. Please get back to me quick through email at [protected]@gmail.com

A long time ago I texted for a document / article belonging to a government agency or an official person. I also wrote why it is an official document. The emails I send messages to are support@coursehero.com and dmca@coursehero.com. But still there is no answer or return. I think it is important to remove such documents. But I don't understand why it hasn't been removed yet. I would be very happy if you could help.

My account had been closed and my earnings as a tutor cant be withdrawn. It just happened to me in the morning, April 13, 2021 at 10:00 am Ph standard time. Unfortunately, I still have files uploaded on my account that need to be taken down due to copyright notice. May I request that my account be reactivated for this matter?
