I stayed at a country inn and suites on June 23rd and inadvertently left my Kindle eBook in the room. When I called to check on it I was told my book was found and, I could come and pick it up. I live a five-hour drive away and couldn't come and get it. I was told to send a FedEx shipping label which is only good for one day. I sent the label on two consecutive days June 25 & 26. the shipping labels were not used. I called the hotel numerous times and was told the manager would address my concern; I have waited since then to hear from them. I called again today and was told the manager was not there but would make him aware of my concern. I have received no call and, get no help from the desk. Will someone please help me with this?
