Coricraft review: extremely unhelpful service regarding refund

Still awaiting a refund on my profile, [protected]
The store at Kramerville is extremely slow and unhelpful.
I have been there 3 times to have my refund processed, the first time the store was off line, refused to attempt to assist .I was told I can go to any store to have this processed . Now I have been to another store, to be told I Need to have this done at the store I did the purchase . Go back to the store, waited about 25 minutes to be told I can't get the refund on the credit card, but needs to be done via EFT . Still no refund processed, Management extremely rude and not helpful or approachable at the store in Kramerville,
It's sad considering the purchases / value of business my self and my family have given to this Brand,
