Copper State Credit Union

I can't believe they charge $35 just for getting locked out of the building! It's ridiculous. Other than that, Copper State Credit Union is pretty decent. Their customer service is okay and their online banking is easy to use. I've had a few issues with their mobile app, but nothing too major. Overall, I would recommend them if you're looking for a local credit union.

I got a car loan from Copper State Credit Union. I always paid on time and even paid it off early. They said it would take 3 days to release the lien, but it's been a week and it's still not released. I called them and they said it would take longer. I've called them 8 times since I paid it off on Sep 16th, but they keep giving me excuses. I asked to talk to the manager, but they won't talk to me. I need to sell the car and have a deposit from the buyer, but the credit union won't release my lien. I have a statement showing a zero balance. Please help me out!
