CB&S BanK Customer service

This makes three times now i’ve called in about an issue or charge to my account and have been met with a very rude, unhelpful representative. The woman did not offer her name or what branch she was with but she sounded like she would rather be doing anything else than assisting customers over the phone. The issue does not get resolved and i am left with more questions plus feeling like i’ve been talked down to. Do better with your customers, especially those that have been with you for years.

CB&S BanK rude manager

I would like to submit this complaint pertaining to the CBS Bank branch located in Ripley, MS. The reason for this complaint is due to the nature of the treatment I receive when I go to this bank as well as the way my accounts are handled at this branch. The person I am specifically writing about is Woody. I'm thinking that his job there is the manager but...
