I wouldn't give them any stars at all
I wouldn't give them any stars at all. They said they shipped my item, but the tracking number shows that it never left their facility. They're telling me it's USPS's fault, but it never even got there. They refuse to give me a refund, and I still don't have my items. This is the worst company ever. Do not order from them.

They haven't responded to my emails, and when I checked the order and tracking numbers, it shows that the items were never shipped. I'm really frustrated and disappointed with this experience, and I'm planning to file a complaint to get a refund.

I've reached out to their customer service 5 times to ask for a refund or any news. It's now 1/20/22, almost 3 months later, and I still haven't heard anything. I really need this sorted out. $200 is a big amount to just throw away. The confirmation number is ***. The tracking is ***.

I sent a bunch of emails asking about my order, but they never replied. So when I asked for a refund on 12/14, they finally sent the items after getting my refund request. I stopped the delivery on 12/14 through ***, but they still haven't given me my money back. They've done this before, not just because of COVID. I have emails from them doing the same thing before COVID. It's now 12/26, and nobody has answered my emails.
