I placed an order for a 20' new cargo container on October 24, 2024 and paid in advance. I was called the following day by logistics people to talk about scheduling the delivery date. That asked about access, and the length then need to drop off the container and then told me they would probably deliver the container in the next two weeks and that they would call me back to let me know the exact date.
The never called back, so I called them. They told me a couple more weeks. Still no call back, so I called them and they still didn't have a delivery date so i requested a refund. They told me the sales person had to authorize a refund, but the sales person never returned my call.
Kept calling Container One and talking to accounting, logistics sales and it went to voice mail or the person I talked to passed the buck.
Finally got ahold of the VP several weeks ago and he promised a refund. He didn't call back so I called several times and he kept promising me the refund but almost two months since my initial order I have yet to get a call back, email or refund from Container One.
Recommendation: Totally unethical business practices. They take your money up front, and don't deliver and when they don't deliver they refuse to refund.
