The whole experience was wonderful. The representative (***) was so knowledgeable he made sure to answer all of our questions. He really explained the products and the differences between Unique Home Solutions and their competitors. Our project was completed in a timely manner. The crew worked hard and efficiently. At the completion of the job (gutters) the crew cleaned the up and left our yard and driveway spotless! Other than our beautiful new gutters you couldn't tell they were here. "

We love our new front door and screen door. They are very high quality and close amazingly easily. *** and *** helped us pick the doors we wanted and we are very happy with our choices. *** was very professional during the installation and did things in a way to cause minimal mess in our house. He did a great job of installing both doors. Unique Home Solutions always follows up after installation to make sure everything went well and that we are pleased with the process and finished product. Everyone is very nice and professional at this company.

had approx. 14 windows installed 10 to 12 years ago. the wrap around the windows has pealed numerous times. Company has been out at least two to three times with no fee involved. stated it was a manufacturing issues with the wrap. called again to have same window wrapped and now wanting to charge $125.00 service fee. Was told that policies were not followed in the passed and that now they are going to start following the correct policies. Will not recommend to anyone this company or use them again for any work in the future. I would rather give my money to a local person not some money hungry company with poor customer service.

Since they have replaced our gutters and roof, we have contacted them in September and in February to inform them that the roofing was not a quality job as we were told it would be. No one has scheduled a time to come and fix the issue or offered to reduce our loan/payment on the roof. We gave them supple amount of time to amend their issue due to being very busy. I had referred them to friends and family until we found the rotted wood in our attic was still there. They knew about this during estimating and have decided to ignore the problem and place new shingles on top of rotted wood. I will not be referring them to anyone any longer.

Our experience with Unique Home Solutions so far has been amazing, and only *** and *** could have made it that way. They are an incredible duo and definitely make a difference with customers. They took the time to explain every detail and answered the questions we had, which were very little since they got into everything we needed to know about this project and also helped us with some recommendations about different repairs and touch *** we could do to our home.We couldn't have asked for better reps. We had a great time the entire time they were in our home, and we are very happy with the decision we made to start this project with them.100% satisfied and 100% recommended."

Years ago, we remodeled our main bathroom. Unique did the bathtub/shower for us with tile going all the way up the wall, a ceiling panel and shower doors. They did a fantastic job. When it came time to remodel our master bath, I didn't hesitate to call Unique. We wanted the same set-up for a large shower stall. The installer was very polite, and even called me into the room so I could show him exactly what height I wanted the foot rest for the corner unit. He cleaned up everything very well, and there was no dust or debris remaining. The shower itself is extremely easy to clean, and far above the quality found in any box store. Someone from the company did a follow-up to make sure we were happy with everything. We love it!

Let me start by saying that *** Solution s are not the cheapest in the business. But they are hands down the best bang for the buck. They only use the highest quality products and turn out the highest quality workmanship you're going to find. I contracted *** to do quite a bit of work on my home almost 7 years ago. I wound up purchasing seemless gutters, vinyl siding, entry doors, and 39 windows (we have a lot of windows lol). Still to this day I tell everyone I know it was the best choice I could've made. I live in a very up and coming neighborhood and there's new construction all around me including new construction right across the street from me. Within the last 5 years those new builds have had issues with their siding coming loose and popping off in extreme weather. My siding? *** as a rock. To anyone shopping for home improvements I highly recommend you look into Unique Home Solutions. They truly are the benchmark to beat."

I could not have had a better experience with a home improvement company (Unique Home Solutions) !My representive was *** and he was even better than nice! I am 75 yrsold, live alone, have mobility issues, and am on a very tight budget with minimal spendable income. He and his assistant *** were so very patient and explained everything possible to me-- They spent at least 2 hrs with me.*** seemed about the same age of my youngest son, and he has a great smile and a great sense of humor and was so patient with me and not condescending at all. Neither he norTom pressured me in any way. They spent a lot of time breaking down the costs, and explained everything well.I ended up not having them do the work, but it was definitely not because of anything except the budgeting, which I originally tried to dismiss, but finally realized it was too much for me to take on , not only presently but because I will probably sell my house in under 5 yrs, and will not be able to recover the cost of the work, due to the estimated price I will get for my house in this neighborhood when I sell.So, on a scale of 1-10, I would give *** ( and ***) a 20!

This company flat out lied to us when we spoke to them at the *** in March. We stopped at their booth and told the gal working that we were interested in setting up an appt. to get an estimate on new siding and windows. She informed us that we would both need to be present for the appt. We told her her that due to my husband's work schedule, it would not be convenient for him to be present. We asked why he would need to be there as this was just for an estimate and she stated it was because "we are members of the ComplaintsBoard.com and it is their requirement." She told us that all companies would require this if they want to be members of the ComplaintsBoard.com. We then scheduled an appt. as we were led to believe we had no choice. Later that week, I decided to call the ComplaintsBoard.com to confirm her statement and I was informed that that was FALSE and that it is NOT a requirement of the ComplaintsBoard.com that both a husband and wife need to be present for an estimate. I was informed it could be a company policy but it is not a ComplaintsBoard.com policy. I then called to cancel the appt. that we had made as we are not interested in doing business with a company that basically lied and misled us and we would have trouble believing anything else that they would state in the future.

We financed a home improvement job with Unique Home Solutions (***) through their bank, ***, in October to install fascia/soffit and siding, five to seven weeks from that time. The start date landed in the first week of January and they finished on 6/8.We cannot recommend either *** or their lender because of the inconsistency of their workmanship and their insider relationship between the lender and ***. We are also dissatisfied with their work ethic and lack of communication during installation, both contradict their claim of excellence. Request to only work with ***, as he is the only competent installer who left our house looking as it should have been all along - a top-notch siding installation. Otherwise, be prepared to keep tabs on their progress and address concerns as they arise; basically, have a running knowledge of what a proper siding job looks like and hold them accountable. Expect to clean up after they are done and double-check that they pull a permit with the city you live in.Bottom line: the install we initially received was inferior to what we had paid for and made them stop until they agreed to fix it, going all the way up to the owner. Had we not reviewed their work and only blindly trusted this company to complete the job as expected, we would have been a victim of a bait and switch scam; we would have been sold a top-quality siding installation but were given a quick-job installation in an attempt to make a huge profit at our expense. Rather than discount their services, they installed new gutters and made the corrections.

Dont walk, RUN far as you can from this company. I would NOT recommend Unique Home Solutions. During our consolation *** came out to the house to explain the windows they use and their functions. We were told it would be a two hour presentation and he ended up being here for four. He sold us the windows on all the perks they offered. We were told we would be getting the same size and style windows all around but we had to purchase a trim kit for the bathroom which was fine and that we would lose a little bit of the window ledge. The bathroom ledge stayed the same but I lost INCHES in my kitchen window where I keep most of my plants and now have no place for them. After installation everything seemed great until it wasnt. We could no longer fit our AC units in the new windows. We do not have central air and the two units kept the house between *** degrees. Once the installers were done we had to go to *** and spend over $1,000 on portable air conditioners. Two of them at *** BTU temperature of 60 degrees can not cool down my 980sq ft house. At this point I would rather keep my windows open and sweat it out instead of raising my electric *** These windows are not keeping my house cooler I would be so much happier with my drafty living room window than be stuck with this nonsense. To top everything else off I found soo much trash in my backyard leftover from the installer. I filled a snack size ziplock bag with spray foam, a piece of siding a bunch of pieces of flashing, a single nail and a piece of glass. We found one of the *** of flashing in our dogs foot which luckily we were able to pull out and not have to take him to the *** vet. Now my house is hotter than it ever was and I now have to worry about my dogs every time I let them outside in fear they will step on something else About a week and a half after installation *** came over unannounced while only my husband was home. How convenient. He took the bag of trash that was left and

Prior to Covid-19 forcing me out of a job I spoke to a unique sales rep over the phone because I filled out a raffle at the county fair. I agreed to meet with them in my home. I had an emergency and my sister ended up meeting with them. They showed my sister samples and she signed my name on some document stating I agreed to get work done. They knew it wasnt me. At first I was fine with it. This was Back in fall of 2019. They contacted me and said they would have the work started and finished by February. February came and went. They said the materials never came in. March came and the pandemic finally forced me out of a job. My daughter had a liver transplant and she takes immunosuppressants. The doctor said I had to leave my job DCS will be called on me for child endangerment. I told unique that I could no longer go through with the work because of what I previously stated. He said that he wanted to meet me in person to see if there was a way to postpone payments or something like that. I agreed. The man that came over I guess was a big deal in the company. He was a tall Caucasian looked to be in his late 50s. He told me that since I signed the document in 2019 I am legally bound to have this work done. I said no I cant afford it. He said well I can take 3 months of payments off for you. I said no then he said ok I can 4 months. I told him I just lost my job I cant put my kids in a situation where Im broke. He said this pandemic is gonna end soon youll see and youll have your job back. Plus we already paid for all the materials. I said annoyed sir, I will pay for the materials and yall can drop it off here, but I cannot afford to pay for labor. Keep in mind its just me and this man alone in my home. Im only 410 and Im in a dress. He looks at me square in the face and says im not leaving here until we get this figured out. He says how about well cover 5 months of payments to help you out. The pandemic should be over and done with and youll be able to cover those payments. Terrified, I agreed and signed. A month later they start work on my bathroom. When they left they cleaned up some of their mess, but they left sawdust everywhere. That took so much work to get out. All in all Im stuck with a $14,000 *** for my very small half bath.

Worst experience and product ever! I purchased 7 windows back in 2015 and they're absolute garbage. I purchased after seeing their demonstration at the ihg show. I had just purchased my home and 2 of the 7 windows were aluminum. I thought I was making one of best purchases I could to update the quality and efficiency of my home. Now 5 years later all I can say is they look nicer than the old ones. Install was terrible. The crew left 4 inch nails all over my drive. I sent them a photo and cleaned them up because I couldn't have that puncture my tires, nothing was done. I've had people out at my house to look at them and make repairs, but im left with the same crap product. I'd emailed back and forth with ***. I even sent a video through their Facebook messenger demonstrating that I can't even use them, and I received a phone call threatening legal action for libel and when I said I felt I was lied to about the product. I was told unique doesn't hire liars and my saying so wouldn't be tolerated. It was terrifying. My windows are near impossible to lock. You have to forcefully shove and hold the upper sash, then forcefully shove down the lower sash to secure it. If you dont get them just right the lock just rubs the sash and pushes the window apart. Im not strong enough to operate them. If the windows are left unlocked, the upper sash slips and I find windows open around 2 inches from the top. I leave the child locks on for this reason so the whole sash doesn't fall down. *** missed three appointments and I complained. He had replaced the upper sashes since they were too stiff and I couldn't operate, but I still couldn't operate them so they sent the big guns, Mr. VP of the company because they knew just how satisfied I was at that point *** was sent out and he informed me nothing was wrong with my windows and this sort of operations is normal for their product. They're supposed to require straining and forceful movements because they're so airtight and efficient. He said my sashes fall because they replaced them with smaller ones to address my complaint of them being too stiff. At the time of purchase, my disabled mother lived with me and couldn't close the window either. She wouldn't open them because she didn't want to be forced to ask for help . I belive it was *** told me to have my disabled mother attend his demonstration because he could teach Anyone to use the product including the disabled. My mother couldn't begin to operate them. He was by far the rudest of them all. I'm almost certain he's the one that called and threatened legal action if I didn't stay quiet, but it may have been ***. I dont understand how someone like that could be the VP of the service-based company The home show demonstrated a two finger open and closing operation but I must be the one lying because unique doesn't employ liars. I was told they wouldn't be replace, i won't get my money back, and there is no satisfaction guarantee. Im 100% dissatisfied. I want them removed and replaced with a functional product, and I want my $10k back. I even sent in my utility bills showing no savings and again, I was told I was lying and it was likely due to the windows being unlocked and the sashes falling. This was my fault because I said they were too stiff. I wasn't aware your windows needed to be locked at all times to remain closed and be efficient. I have to leave them locked anyway because I can't relock them if I doopen them at this point. It is horrible that I can open them to let in a breeze unless my husband will be around to lock them again because me and the kids don't have the umph to secure them. Worst product ever! I kick myself every time I think about choosing unique over their competitors. These can't be fixed because that is their product so I just need to be quiet about it anymore. I haven't emailed ***, and I've been afraid to speak out about their terrible product and service, but no more. Steer clear of their horrible windows. 0 stars if it were possible

This compny keeps callin my cell phone non-stop. I keep tellin them to stop callin and block their number. But the next day they call again from a diffrent number. I just told them again to stop callin. I explain how I block their numbers and she just started talkin to me about their specials. I hung up on her and blocked that number. Please stop with the telephone harassment.

I gave Unique Home Solutions, Inc. a chance and signed a contract with them on May 12. I even made a down payment by check, but then I changed my mind and cancelled the order on May 13. According to the contract, I had 3 business days to do so. They cashed my check on May 13, but instead of returning my money within 10 business days like they promised, I received a letter on June 6 asking me to fill out a survey and either fax or email proof that my down payment had cleared the bank. I emailed them the proof on June 6, but it's already June 23 and I still haven't received my refund.

I got a patio garden door from Unique Home Solutions, Inc. on 12/17. The door was 79"x74" and it cost me $6838. I gave them a deposit of $2279. On 12/21, Paul Petersen came to measure the door. I told him that the molding couldn't be removed. On 3/3, the crew came with the door. They said that the door was 81" and the only way to install it was to remove the molding. When I ordered the door, I said that the install had to be on the outside only and the molding was not to be touched. I didn't agree to forfeit my deposit. On the sales agreement A, the size of the door was 79"x74". They broke the contract, not me.

10/15 We paid Unique Home Solutions $10,000 for new siding with $15,499 more to be paid when done. They said it would take 14 weeks or less if we got standard stuff. I called on 3/15 and they said storms in Texas delayed it. They said it would be done in a week or two. I called on 4/20 and left a message. I said I wanted my siding or my $10,000 back. They called back on 4/21 and said they would deliver the materials next week. We waited all week and they didn't show or call. It's now 5/3 and still nothing.

I hired Unique Home Solutions to put in some fancy French doors with a doggie door built in. They said it would be no problem, so I signed on the dotted line. But then, after two weeks, they told me they couldn't do it because they switched door makers. They said they'd try to work something out, but it took them forever to get back to me. Finally, they said they couldn't do it and we had to have another meeting to pick something else. We ended up with a sliding patio door and a doggie door in the wall. But when they installed it, the doggie door was messed up. They tried to blame the maker, but I don't see how that makes sense. They said they'd get us a new one, but it's been two weeks and we haven't heard anything. They won't even call us back. I want them to fix this ASAP and give us some money back for all the trouble.

Me and my wife wanted a new shower for our bathroom so we hit up Unique Home Solutions for info. We told them we were interested but my wife was about to pop out our son so we needed some time. They kept calling us like crazy until a few days after we came home from the hospital, we agreed to meet. The salesman came in and was real quick with his pitch. We were tired and not ready to decide that day but he said he'd give us a one time discount if we signed up right then and there. He also said we could cancel or change the order if we needed to. After thinking about it some more, we said no and called to cancel two days later. The salesman kept calling but we thought everything was canceled. Now months later, they're calling me saying my parts are ready for installation and if I don't get it done, they'll come after me and put a lien on my home. I told them I couldn't even if I wanted to because our finances have changed and I'm sick and can't risk having people in my home. I talked to a lady and told her no again but they said they never got our cancellation form so now they're gonna sue us! It's messed up that they forced us to sign papers while we were tired and now we're going through all this over something we never even got installed. After the year we've had, this is just the worst! I'm never recommending this company again!

I got Unique Home Solutions to change 4 windows and a patio sliding door. They did it on January 31st. After they finished, I saw that the sliding door was not opening from the left side like I asked and 2 eyebrow windows had a gap between the window and the drywall. They filled the gap with foam that stops air and water from getting in, but I asked the installers if they would fix it. They said it was an easy fix and wouldn't take long. They gave me a yellow sheet to sign, but I said I wasn't happy with the door and windows. They told me to sign anyway and said it would be fixed soon. I started paying in March , but the job wasn't done right. I called in March, and they said the windows would be ready on April 8th. I ordered shades for the windows, but April passed, and I didn't get any updates. I kept calling, but they always said sorry and had no updates. The manager called a few weeks ago and said he would send installers to set up the door, but nothing happened. It's June now, and I've been waiting for 4 months. It's a security and privacy issue because people can see my whole house. I don't know what to do, and I'm paying for something I don't like.
