I have been robbed by ContainerOne. I paid for a 40'HC Container on Dec 11, 2025. I emailed and called the salesperson, Cathy Ford; the CEO/President, Glenn Taylor; and their logistics department to get a delivery date. More than 30 days passed without the container delivery date. Cathy blamed the container depots before saying, "I have no idea why you haven't received your container yet". Therefore, I emailed Cathy & Glenn on Monday evening, January 12, 2026, requesting they cancel my order and refund my nearly $9,000.
As of today, January 28, 2026, I have not received my refund. I am being charged interest on my credit card for the container I never received. ContainerOne is absolutely the WORST company I paid for merchandise that they did not deliver or refund for nearly three weeks. I would greatly appreciate the BBB intervening in this matter on my behalf. Thank you.
