Marda management was super helpful and nice to find the best apartment for us. Me and my husband and my friend and her husband were looking for a place to live and we were struggling. But then we found Marda and Dear ***. *** helped us so much and found us a suitable apartment in the same building with different units. It was like a miracle! I told my other friend about Marda and they got a house from them too and they are really happy with it. I thank *** so much! I will definitely tell all my friends about Marda when they come to this country.

Marda Managment been managin' my property for a few years now. They've been raisin' the rent every time a tenant moves out, which is great for me. They also help me get quotes from contractors to make the place look better for renters. And when I had a big ol' plumbing problem while I was outta the country, they took care of it and had it fixed by a good company. I didn't have to worry about nothin' when I got back. It's nice to know I can trust them to take care of my investment while I'm busy with my own business. Thanks, Marda!

I gotta say, Marda Management is a real bummer. If I could give them less than one star, I totally would. I mean, I've never been treated so bad by someone on the phone before. They're just plain RUDE. They took over managing my place in April and it's only been like two months and they've already tried to barge into my unit like 6 or 7 times without even telling me first. I've tried to talk to them about it on the phone, but all I get is more rude customer service people. And don't even get me started on the other issues I've tried to bring up. They just don't care. The workers they send over are a mess too. No masks, no sanitation, nothing. It's just a total disaster. I wouldn't recommend Marda Management to my worst enemy.

This place sucks. The lady who runs it is a total jerk. She talks down to you and doesn't care about people who don't have a lot of money or who have mental health issues. They also try to rip you off by making you pay for stuff that should have been fixed before you moved in. They hire people who don't know what they're doing to do half-assed repairs. It took them forever to fix my radiator and they made it worse before they finally took it out. The people who work there are super rude and the boss lady is the worst. I always pay my rent on time and take care of my place, but they still treat me like crap. They're the only affordable option in town, so they think they can do whatever they want. If you have to rent from them, watch out for the boss lady.

This is the absolute worst company to rent from. They *** everyone for all your money. DONT RENT WITH MARDA IN WINDSOR

Marda management has been very quick and very generous with helping me find a great place to live. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place.

Horrible liars. They use photos from years ago to advertise their units and they up the rent every year despite not making any changes to units.

MARDA Management strives to give outstanding customer service and maintenance work to all of their rentals. They put pride, sweat, blood and tears into their work and it shows within the company. They came into my rental and fixed all my issues right away and hassle free! I would recommend this company's rental services to anyone!

Where do I begin? Shutting our water off without notice and when we called we were met with a "oh oops we forgot to send a notice, or maybe the notice that we are able to park on the side of the site the next day met with a "you will be towed if you park onsite" AND NOT PROVIDING ANOTHER PLACE TO PARK? We work for a living and need our vehicles, the road parking will be towed overnight by the city. This company disgusts me with their gross incompetence

. Told us we needed to pay $100.00 for a credit check. We were told that if we didn't find something we like or were not successful with our credit check, that we would be refunded our money. Nope!
Went to one place that we only previously saw in a video, as they would not let us check apartments till we had a credit check...finally get there and there are mouse droppings, holes in the floor, burn marks in the walls, and so much more. Then when we told them we were not interested and wanted our deposit back, they refused to refund it and acted like this had always been their policy.
Crazy thing was, we got our credit check months back with then to look at another place. They didn't require the $100 deposit then.
Absolutely sickened by this company and the way they conduct themselves. I would recommend no one even bother.

My family and I were completely degraded by ***, *** of Marda Management. She continuously insulted us everytime we spoke often making serious misjudgements based on stereotypes. Worst of all, she lied numerous times and even admitted to telling lies to us and the landlord once she was caught. As a couple bringing in easily over $5000/month she often laughed and snarked at us telling us she found that hard to believe because one of us is a tattoo artist and "artists don't make money". She also said she was sure that we could not afford a $1400/month home, even though we provided bank statements showing otherwise. Before this house we lived at another location for 15 years and have a wonderful reference from our last landlord. After being treated so horribly we decided the home was not worth our dignity and we did not want to rent from
a company that would degraded us for years to come. So, I would not recommend not only renting from Marda, but also hiring them if you are a landlord as their rude and disrespectful manager just lost one landlord two reliable, clean, and long term tenants.

I have recently moved into a new building. Marda Management was hired as the management company to do some changes because the building is very out of date. The first notice we received was that the new owner of the building needs some upkeep done and they are redoing alot of the other units within the building. *** They now are not allowing us to go out on our balconies and threatening to throw out the items left on the balconies. As well they are now saying we cannot park in the parking lot or our vehicles will be towed. Over the passed 4 months i have witnessed tenants being kicked out during covid, not being allowed on our balconies and now being threatened to have my vehicle towed if it is not moved. I have reached the end of my rope here. i am just very distraught and saddened by whats happening. I love where I am living am was hopeing to stay in this buidling for a while.

Marda Management sent a dude to clean up the backyard, which was full of trash from the last people who lived here. But then he went and threw out my firepit and two pool floats from the shed. When I called to get my stuff back or get paid for it, they said it was my fault for not being there to tell him not to take it. Like, how was I supposed to know he was coming? They said the stuff was all messed up anyway, but that's not true. I just bought that firepit and only used it twice. And they said it was illegal, but it's not illegal to have one, just to use it. I don't plan on living here forever, so why can't I have a firepit? And one of the floats was still good, just had some chlorine stains, and the other was perfect. But they won't do anything about it. So annoying.

I had some problems with repairs that made things worse and it was hard to deal with. I called Marda about two different things on the same day. The first was a leaky pipe in the upstairs unit that we had called about before, but they said it wasn't a problem. This time the repairman said a part needed to be changed and that's why it was leaking. But less than a week later, it flooded so much that the bathroom and our bed were soaked. The second issue was our dryer not blowing hot air. When the repairman tried to fix it, he made it worse and now it won't even start. We've been waiting for over a week to get it fixed or replaced, but every time we call, they give us the runaround. One of their employees was rude on the phone and said something snarky when I asked about the dryer. Every time my girlfriend and I talk to them, it's a hassle and they don't help us much.

I moved outta an apartment building that Marda Management was in charge of on November 30. After I left, they sent me a bill for $90 'cause they say I left some of my stuff behind and they had to pay to get rid of it. But I didn't leave anything behind. They're trying to charge me for paint cans and tiles that their workers left behind after they didn't finish a repair job. There was also a table left behind that I didn't take 'cause it came with the apartment. They're also saying I left a drawer of utensils, but I don't remember that. They've sent me three notices and now they're sending it to a collections agency. I've tried to dispute it by emailing and calling, but they're either rude or they don't answer. This company has always treated me like this. Last year, they told me they were gonna come into my place to fix a plumbing issue, but when my wife came home, the whole bathroom was ripped out. They didn't even tell us it was gonna happen and they messed up a bunch of our stuff, like towels that they used to clean up. We didn't have a shower for a whole month while they fixed it. After we complained, they let us use an empty apartment in the building, but then they threw out all our stuff that was in the bathroom when they started renovating that apartment. They promised to pay us back, but they never did. I don't even want the money for that stuff, I just want them to stop bothering me about the $90. Like I said, those things weren't mine. This is my last try to fix it before I get a lawyer involved.
