Do not order anything from this company! Their customers service is just about as bad as there is! They keep jerking you around hoping that you will just get tired of it and forget about it. You can only communicate with them by Email. If you call the customer service number that's what it tells you. So after several Emails the stockings are still sitting in my house. I hope to at least eventually get a store credit so maybe I can buy 1 pair of stockings to replace the 2 I had originally bought. You see they find it necessary to charge a restocking fee for stockings they allegedly can't resell.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I made a mistake on my order and realized it as soon as I received the package. Got a return authorization and sent the items back. Had someone from the company call me about a week after I sent them back and she left a message. I called back and left a message answering her questions. Figured that they got my items and I threw away my tracking number from the return shipping receipt. Now they say they didn't get them and I cannot get a refund. Uncooperative, not willing to listen to reason and their quality sucks anyway. Luckily I have a wonderful wife who darns socks, because not one that I have ever bought from these jerks hasn't needed repairing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

impossible to get return/exchange. been trying to exchange compression stockings since 5/23/17. getting the runaround is beyond understatement. DO NOT buy items from this Company.

CompressionSale they delivered only wrong items

Stay away from the website www.compressionsales.com. I ordered from them, but they twice delivered wrong items. I returned them and paid for the delivery. They promised to return money and provide new order, but they again failed. I was furious and told them to return my money, but they again told me to wait and still no response from them.The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.

CompressionSale horrible customer service

Avoid compressionsale.com like the plague! Any positive review you read about this company is bought and paid for by them. Anyone who has actually dealt with them would never say anything positive. These guys are liars and crooks, and judging from other reviews, i'm lucky I even got any product in return.
If you purchase and try on a product, they will only accept it back for store credit, no big deal, as this is their policy that I knew beforehand, however when you send in a return, they will not process it until they feel like it. You will literally be waiting for a month or more to get the products you paid for. Then after they sit on your return for a month or better, they will ignore your emails, tell you something has shipped when in fact it has not, and then to top it all off, they don't send the correct color. After replying back to them regarding the latest screw up, they now simply ignore my emails.
If you want to purchase from a quality company that values your business, go with a site like brightlifedirect.com. They will accept any returns, will expedite any order to you whether it's new or an exchange, and just have generally all around good customer service. They sell the same products and you will never wait more than a week to get them, usually less.

Ended up being contacted by the owner of the company and he made the situation right. He is sending me the product that I originally ordered and likewise let go the CS rep that was so rude to deal with. Due to this I will consider ordering from them again.

You better be sure you like what you buy because, no matter what their policy says, THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN! Only store credit or exchange. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

CompressionSale questionable business practices

Wow, where to begin! I have moderate to severe medical grade lyphedema in both lower legs where I need to wear
full compression hose, especially necessary when traveling. This is something I take very seriously as risks for blood clots are increased in people with this medical condition. I had a business trip coming up and ordered $300+ of
new hose as I would be traveling multi-city and needed to replace existing hosiery. I ordered 13 days prior to my trip with
expedited (extra charge) shipping (3 day delivery). Plenty of time before my trip, right! Well, not the case. 3 days prior, still no
stockings! I called and spoke with Kathy (the manager there) who said she would re-route the package which was already on its
way (via snail mail) to my hotel in Dallas and assured me that I would receive it within 2 days (well before my departure date). Well this did not happen. In fact the package was delivered to the hotel 3 days AFTER I checked out. Here we are, more than 6 weeks after my initial ordering and I still do not have the package (which is still in Dallas at hotel). I have called 7 times over at compressionsale.com and have spoken to Kathy and Love, have waited extreme lengths of time while they put you immediately on hold. After being told that a new shipping label would be sent to the hotel to reroute it to my home, 10 days later I find out that a new label was never sent. Then Kathy informs me after yet another call, that she will fax a label over to the hotel. 7 days later, I call the hotel and they inform me that a label was never faxed! I put in yet another call into Kathy who smugly states that her fax machine seems to be unplugged (really?). Finally, ...FINALLY... I have her fax the label to my house! I almost have to wonder if this is a rouse of a company as I am shocked, really shocked that they are in business after reading all the bad reviews (unfortunately I see them AFTER I ordered from them). Well, this consumer will never order from that online retailer ever again and I highly recommend that anyone who dares roll the dice and places an order, that they assume that their order will never arrive, or will arrive incorrectly processed or several months after they placed their original order and GOOD LUCK trying to get anything close to appropriate customer service. Buyer BEWARE! There are plenty of other legitimate online retailers of compression wear - seek them out.

CompressionSale terribe service

I ordered two pair of compression socks as a Christmas gift in November. (Plenty of time to receive) When I received them, one was used in a package. When I called to complain I was told to submit complaint on line. My response was I have to wait 72 hours before they would tell me if I could send them back. (I had to have permission to send back their mistake) I then received an authorization code with strict instructions on how to send them back AT MY E XPENSE. It's now been 10 days since my delivery confirmation verified that they received them back and they will not respond to me as to when they will provide a replacement. 4 emails have been sent to a direct person in returns with no reponse. When you call they tell you, you have to email returns. Horrible experience. With one day till Christmas, the gift will not be received and I have woirked 10 times harder trying to get their mistake corrected than any other gift. Will NEVER do business with again!

I am sorry you has so much trouble with compressionsale.com If you had checked their Better Business Bureau rating you would have found they have a D rating (on a scale of A+ to F) because of Problems with Product / Service. So this is not a new problem. I am just sorry it happened to you. There are reputable companies on the web who value you as a customer and would have taken care of you. CompressionSale unwilling to accommodate the customer

Terrible experience. Worst customer service ever. Unwilling to accommodate the customer. It has been almost two months since I placed my order, and after going through the hassle of obtaining a return authorization and sending the product back in, I have been completely neglected. They have my payment, and I have no product. I have had to file a claim with my credit card company".

Avoid compressionsale.com like the plague! Any positive review you read about this company is bought and paid for by them. Anyone who has actually dealt with them would never say anything positive. These guys are liars and crooks, and judging from other reviews, I am not alone.

They stole my $ and never sent my products. They say I can exchange, but I cannot exchange something I never got.

CompressionSale customer service

I gave the customer service rep a number off my stocking and asked if that was correct. She said yes. Got the stockings not even close. Called to return and was told I was out of my range for return I could only exchange them. I received them a week ago, it took almost a week to get them to me. Every employee there is rude. It was not worth the headache I now have.

This company is just about the worst to do business with. Thankfully I only ordered one pair of stockings that turned out not to be the least supportive. If you call the 800 number no one comes to the phone so you must type in the information to convey your message. As for returns, you must call direct and pay for the call. The gal I talked to (I was first put on hold) was extremely rude and discourteous. I asked about the fee for an exchange and her (curt) reply was. $6.95. period. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

I originally ordered 3 pairs of TRUFORM LITES KNEE HIGH STOCKINGS. I wanted to return them but decided to exchange them for a size large and change all 3 pairs to the color taupe. Please advise me how to proceed.

I received my order of compression hose. Packaged arrived damaged, tag was ripping off. I contacted Customer Service and encountered the rudest man I have ever had to deal with in a "service" situation. Obviously he had no skills, no training, and no ability to listen. The complaint was simple but he insisted on telling me that I needed to contact the manufacturer though I told him my contract was with compression sale.com and not the manufacturer. Next thing he put me on hold--though I think that it was going to be a permanent hold. This company should not be in existence--their return policy for damaged goods is unethical and inappropriate.

I received an email from your company--saying they had charged my credit card $8.73 for order #343260. There was no further information, so I am wondering just what this charge this is for. I returned some panty hose to be exchanged, but I paid the postage to send it back to you ($3.67). I don't know yet whether they are going to exchange these for me or not, so maybe the charge is for postage to send the exchange to me. If so, that is a really high postage charge. But please let me know for sure what this charge is for.

CompressionSale false advertising, poor refund policy

They sell compression socks. I bought models from 2 different brandnames: Trueform and Second Skin. They were advertised as 15-20 compression. What was delivered was identical socks in different packaging, with a price difference of $3 per pair. When I contacted them, they indicated that the policy was "buyer beware" and refused a refund for the difference. They claimed one line was a discount line, but admitted they were the same product. In any case, the socks turned out to be flimsy and not at the advertised compression, as far as I could tell.

I had the same problem with compressionsale.com. I returned the product to them in new conditions, but they refuse to give me a refund. They claim they only give store credit or exchange.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DON'T BUY FROM THEM ANYTHING. YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND FOR YOUR RETURNED PRODUCT.

I recommend not ever ordering from this website! Their return policy is the worst I have ever seen - a 25% restocking fee plus they deduct the shipping to you (even if you had free shipping), plus you have to pay to send the items back! Terrible!

I called in to find out why my order is 3 weeks late only to deal with a RUDE customer service representative name Ebony. She was very unprofessional and continued to talk over myself and my colleagues, disconnected the call serval times. I will never do business with this company again.

We bought 2 pair of compression socks from this company. One sock would not stay up. I asked for an exchange pair and have gone through hell trying to get an exchange. We still have not received an exchange pair even though they said they would give us one.
Would not ever do business with this company again.

I sure wish I had seen these complaints prior to ordering as I would NOT have ordered anything from them, all the comments on the site were positive - there is no way those are true - I have been wearing compression socks since 2007 and had been buying them locally but they are twice as expensive as what I found here - the pictures they have on the 'models' are not always the exact item you will be getting - I was told 'their version' (second skin brand) of what I wear are identical but even cheaper than so I went with their brand - received my pkg and opened to find the compression socks look NOWHERE NEAR the same - were way too big even though ordered a small in petite, no compression in the toes like I have now - never even tried them on (didn't need to) yet they will not offer refund, only exchange, so having them send me exactly same item I am wearing now (shouldn't have listened to them in the first place) - having to pay a restocking fee and extra shipping even though I had received free shipping on original order and I had to pay to ship these back...we will see what I actually get this time...if they are not exactly what I already have been purchasing locally then will complain to BBB like I see most have done and demand a refund...even if right product gets sent to me I will never order from them again as I have seen many say that they have been ordering their same products for years and now are degrading in quality... :-(

I placed an order in Mid December and it is now February 14 and have not received the products, I ordered. I filed a complaint with Paypal and still connot get my $ back. This company steals their customers $ and products. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. They say I can exchange only, but I want to know how I can exchange something I NEVER received.

I don't have a complaint about the actual company but I do have a complaint about the product itself! I have been buying the Jobst Opaque Pantyhose 20-30 mmhg Black for years now and this the first time that I am not happy. After wearing them twice I had to sew the waist band down as it had come undone! Then last night after my third wearing I was upset to find holes in one of the heals and a hole in the thigh area! As they are expensive (I also purchase the same product in Knee Highs at the same time - I am yet to wear these.)
I think the stockings are a faulty product! I usually can wear them four times a week for months before I have to do any minor repairs. I have to sew the holes as I have to wear them to work so I am not sure what to do. I have taken some pictures and think I should be sent another pair. $111.82 (plus $19.95 shipping cost) is a lot of money to wear a product three times. I just loved my past products. I am very, very disappointed, but, I am not sure what I can do about this! Just seen that I can send my photos but I have to put them on my computer first so I will send them in a few minutes.

I placed an order on September 20 and was told to expect an email with tracking information when ti was shipped. Ten days later no shipment confirmation. I emailed an inquiry requesting shipment info. No response. Phone call today to customer service was no help, thanks to RUDE customer service. If I ever receive the merchandise I would return it EXCEPT that their return policy is IMPOSSIBLE. I wish I had read the Better Business Bureau report before ordering (http://www.bbb.org/chicago/business-reviews/hosiery-retail/compressionsalecom-in-vernon-hills-il-88480549 ) --- there are so many reputable sites to choose from -- STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT.

Compressionsales.com aka Braceplanet.com is a completely lying, scamming, unethical online company. Each day is a different excuse for why the product has not been shipped and/or a date pulled out of thin air as to when you WILL receive your item, only to find it meant nothing at all. A company that provides medical items and devices should be a bit aware that they're dealing with disabled, sick, injured, and hurting people who need their items as soon as possible without the added headaches and inconvenience of having to call "Kassi", the customer service person, and be lied to and wait 2 weeks or more for the possibility of receiving an item. I will be totally avoiding this company and highly recommend that if you are one of the lucky ones to be seeing these honest, negative reviews before spending any money, to be quite thankful. I wish I had seen these comments before getting involved with this worthless, nasty company

Okay, now that I've learned I'm dealing with the one and only customer service person there, Kassi, I understand Why she feels she is able to belittle and to be Flat. Out. Rude. Both on the telephone & in email correspondence. And yes, all concerning returns. Unbelievable! Once I have finally settled this sock debacle, I too will be one who will forever be avoiding this company no matter what. I highly suggest whoever is reading does themselves a huge favor saving time and definitely Money not to mention aggravation and by pass Compressionsale.com without stopping.

This company is a complete scam that preys on the disabled and elderly! I returned a product within the time with the authorization number and they're telling me they never received it! I have a postal inspector tracing it. In the meantime, their one-and-only customer support person, Kassi, is calling me a crazy liar. She said I probably still have the socks!
