Watch out! We've been using Complete Aqua Care to handle our pool opening and closing ever since we bought our house. We've had a bunch of problems in the past, but we decided to give them another chance when we heard they had new management. But boy, were we wrong! They didn't close our pool properly, and even after a month of opening it, our pool is still unusable. We've been trying to reach them through phone calls and texts, but they never answer or get back to us. Our pump has a leak and it's spewing sand into the pool, most likely because of the improper closing. We've been trying for weeks to get someone to come and fix it, but no luck. They just don't seem to care, and they don't send skilled workers to service the pools.
