Zoxoro / Products not received

Order 3279680 I received a confirmation that my order was received on the 20th of October and the money was taken from my bank. The site guaranteed delivery between 4 - 12 working days for Sydney. (I only ordered from the site because it was a site, thinking I would definitely get the order within that timeframe). When 4 days had gone by and the order had not even been sent. I realised it may now not get to me before I left the country. So I emailed to cancel and recieve a refund. I was then told it had already been dispatched. I am still waiting and nothing nealy 5 weeks later. I have asked for my money back again but now my emails do not get answered. The tracking says nothing, it just stays on "in transit" I would really like to get my money back. How does one do this? It is very much seeming like this is a scam.
