I purchased one pair of glasses from them for $113. I had payed an additional $72 to the $29 (regular price) to have 1.74 index lenses; however, when I received the, they had the same dimensions as my current glasses and the thickness was exactly the same as my current glasses. My current glasses weren't even close to 1.74 index.

They are very dishonest, if you buy anything from them, stick to the regular, don't pay extra for extra features. They expect their customers to be gullible and unknowing, please be careful.

    I had very good luck with Zenni Glasses . I gave them my prescription and picked out the frames, and $40.00, and 7 days later I had the glasses. That was 3 years ago, and I am very pleased

    I had a problem with the eyeglasses I bought. One lenses was not correct and the tint was not right. The ordering process was a bit tedious but they did try hard to help with that. I did not want to go through the hassle of trying to send them back since it is an online store. Plus, if they couldn't get a simple prescription correct I didn't believe any good would come out of it. I just ate the costs and had them fixed elsewhere. I do know several people who own Zenni glasses and like them. Maybe I was one of the unlucky ones. I am not going to stress out about a pair of discount eyeglasses. I just won't bye anything else from zenni or recommend them.

    Hello, I have a great experience with Zenni Optica, I ordered Progressive eyeglasses September 9, 2013 and I received them September 16, 2013. Great service and product. Can not be more satisfied!

    My husband and I have ordered both our glasses from Zenni for about 5 years now and found their customer service to be helpful and their product a value at the cost you pay. My progressive glasses with anti scratch and polarized cost $300 at my doctor's optical group and I pay $80 at Zenni. Yes, the materials are not the quality of my doctor's optical group but I change glasses every 2-3 years and they last that long or longer. It really was a bummer when I paid $300 for 2 years use. You have to remember these are not
    " Cadillac" but Fords. We are ordering replacements (new prescriptions) today. Will let you know if we have a bad experience.

    I'm sorry that the LW had a bad experience with Zenni, but I love Zenni. The last time I got glasses from an optician, they cost over $400, even with my husband's optical plan. I recently got two pair from Zenni. One pair are bifocals, with photosensitive lenses. The other are mid distance (my computer glasses). Together they cost less than $200. Plus I love the funky style choices. The choices at most opticians are boring. I may be 60, but I still like quirky glasses.
    At $400, I can only afford to get glasses every two years. Zenni's quality may not be great, but now I can afford new glasses every year. The net result is that I will see better.
    BTW, the reason that glasses are so expensive is that the industry is dominated by one company, Luxottica. All of those "designer" glasses come from one place.     Every time my prescription changes, I have selected a frame and forwarded the pertinent data to Zenni with nothing but excellent results. Moreover, once the bridge on a frame snapped in two and Zenni replaced it within a week free of charge.
    They sent me the new glasses and asked me to return the broken ones.
    As a matter of fact, I am getting ready to order a new set.
    As mentioned, most mistakes and errors are caused by the customer's lack of attention to detail and/or lack of knowledge on how to place an order online.
