I placed my order on 9/29/23. My order was delayed for almost 5 days with no one reaching out informing me of anything. I looked to review the tracking to see if it was being delivered on today (10/5/23), NOPE my pack was returned back to the shipper on 10/1 and was delivered back to them on today and was signed by MROY at 11:45 AM, nobody reached out informing me of anything. I have an event coming up 10/7 which is why I ordered my items ahead of time thinking ok I will have my package way before my event! That was a LIE! Nobody reached out to via email or anything informing me of delays or if something was going on. I stay in Alabama so they are 2 hours a head of us. I've been calling them since 6:00 PM which is 4:00 PM their time and remind you the store doesn't close to 5 PM. No answer I called these people at least 5 times to see what's going on with my package still no answer. They have POOR customer service PERIOD!

I recently made a purchase from WholesaleFashionSquare and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I was really excited to receive my new pair of boots, as they looked amazing on the website. However, when they finally arrived, I was hit with a huge postage cost and had to pay customs as well. This was quite disappointing, as I was not expecting these additional fees.

To make matters worse, the boots were of very poor quality. I struggled to even pull them on, as they were badly designed. This was a huge letdown, as I was really looking forward to wearing them out and about. I tried to reach out to the customer service team to see if there was anything that could be done, but unfortunately, their response was extremely poor. It was really frustrating to deal with them, as they were not helpful at all.

Overall, I would not recommend buying from WholesaleFashionSquare. The quality of their products is not up to par, and their customer service is lacking. It's really disappointing to have such a negative experience, especially when you're excited about a new purchase. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

I have purchased several dresses from www.wholesalefashionsquare.com and when my order arrived I was shocked when I saw my items! Everything was in a terrible condition, there were stains all over the dresses and one dress was damaged, there were 3 small holes!
I immediately went online and contacted customer care service and they said they need some pictures to be sure I was not lying. So I made some pictures and sent them, but there thieves never even bothered to reply! Do not order anything from this scam! Save your hard earned money!

I bought a lot of items from the company www.wholesalefashionsquare.com. It was bad decision, because I wanted to change colour and tried to reach the seller. But 3 weeks have passed and the seller still didn’t respond. I have no idea how to contact the seller and no idea how to change the colours. Please, maybe someone can help me to change colour and contact the seller.

I ordered lingerie and really expensive dress from the company www.wholesalefashionsquare.com. I was disappointed in their services, because these people forgot to send my order. After 7 days I contacted them in order to get info about the order and its status, but the rep calmly informed me that the order wasn’t sent. I started to ask questions, but the rep didn’t reply. They didn’t provide any info and explanations.

I recently bought hat, jacket and jeans from the website www.wholesalefashionsquare.com. At the beginning, I got the small package, which contained the hat, after that I got the jeans, but the most expensive item, these ### haven’t sent at all. I already sent them tons of emails, but they haven’t reacted. I have no idea what to do now. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
