I 7 months ago, I paid the full $ 6500, for the purchase of a doll from the site www.sinthetics.com.
they had to give me the doll in just two months after payment, and I after two months I started to contact them, no response from them for 3 weeks, I then started writing on the forum www.ourdollcomunity.com, and have been banned from the Admin Forum (and 'a scam forum that protects scam sites ad www.sinthetics.com by whom and how' the victim of fraud).
I write this article so that others like me can fall into the trap of scam site www.sinthetics.com and so that others cannot believe the fake feedback of sinthetics.com to www.ourdollcomunity.com . PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A DOLL TO www.sinthetics.com, this site is SCAM .
Bronwen ( the lady customer support ) is really good at cheating people at a distance.

This is part of a coordinated attack against Sinthetics, a valid doll manufacturer in Los Angeles, California. Sinthetics is a small company that has been running for almost two years and has a track record of delivering 3-6 cutom order dolls per month.

I am a Sinthetics customer who owns two of their dolls, which I use as photography models.

People who have purchased a Sinthetics manikin and did not receive their items, you can file a formal complaint at www.ic3.gov. They will investigate this Internet crime. You will have to use your real name, address, phone number, etc., because these people mean business. If they get enough complaints, they will have the FBI perform a formal investigation. To let you in on the legal aspect of things, any purchase of $1, 500 and non delivery of items purchased is considered Felony Theft. Just have documentation on the transaction if they need it, completed order receipt, canceled checks, anything from your credit card company that shows the transactions, etc. In most states, you have 3 years to file for felony theft. For most individuals, it may be too late to file civil claims against them and that is why they string you along with excuses why they haven't delivered your purchased items yet. The Sinthetics business can be shutdown for their deceptive practices and liquidation of assets may result in getting your money back but this will take time. Please file a complaint at www.ic3.gov as soon as possible.

Sinthetics is not a scam. I have ordered and received one of their dolls although it took longer than expected. In the end I received my product and am more than satisfied. The above two posters are saying it is a scam because they did not receive their dolls on time. Missing a deadline doesn't make the company a scam.

Sinthetics is DEFINITLEY LOOKING LIKE A SCAM TO ME...I've been told three times now "we're sorry for the delay due to {Brownen getting married} {our production team was behind schedule and didn't let us know} {our suppliers didn't fulfill the last order of supplies} but your order s READY NOW AND WILL SHIP FRIDAY." I HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS 3 SEPARATE TIMES! The last email I sent I asked them if my items shipped, that was three weeks ago and I have not hear anything since. I just sent them an email requesting either a.) a refund, b.) a tracking number for shipment by end of business day, or c.) I will file complaint with government and Better Business Bureau and contact my bank about the fraudulent charges.

So no, I would NOT place an order with them. I placed my order December 2, 2015 and was GUARANTEED SHIPMENT BY VALENTINES DAY. It's now March 11, 2016...

I placed my order somewhere in 2014, paid the full price around last week of februari 2015.
By september 2015 still nothing, so I asked for some information and i got a response with the promise that soon things will get back in order.
I sent an email last week again asking for an update and haven't received an answer.

Could it be that the reasoning of sinthetics.com is that certain orders are filled for window dressing, and the majority of orders are shelved in order to take in a maximum of cash without the bother of actually delivering?

Perhaps an FBI investigation can find that out?
