I have ordered a pair of shoes from this website and paid extra money to get my shoes as soon as possible. One week passed and there was no sign of my order. I felt that something was wrong so I decided to contact ShoeMe to ask why was it taking so long. Their rep explained that it takes one weeks to process the order. Do not pay for the express shipping! Even though I paid for that service it took forever to get my order.
Incorrect size
First of all it took them forever to deliver my order even though I paid some extra money for fast delivery. And the second and the biggest disappointment was that I received the incorrect size shoes! I really like them and wanted to get an exchange so I contacted ShoeMe customer service immediately and told them about my problem. They said that they need some time to resolve my issue and that was the last thing I heard from them. I'm very disappointed with ShoeMe.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I can't reach the seller and I wasted $250
I ordered winter boots from the company www.shoeme.ca. I paid for the order with my card and the shoes cost about $250. After that I waited for the confirmation email and the receipt, but the seller sent me only empty confirmation email. Also it was impossible to reach him, ‘coz he didn’t reply to your emails and messages, which I sent through the website. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

They haven't delivered my order on time
I ordered Timberland boots from the company www.shoeme.ca. I waited for the confirmation info, but after 5 days I got email that the order was shipped, but due to busy time, the order would be delivered not earlier than on 20 of December. It was ok. Now is December, 23, but I still haven’t received my order.I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
No delivery and agents didn't help me
I ordered really expensive shoes from the company www.shoeme.ca. I paid for it, but the seller only told to wait. I waited 2 months, but this ### still hasn’t delivered my order. I tried to call them, but the agent switched me to another agents and this crap continued within 30 minutes. The worst services and attitude so beware and share this info in order to warn other people.
Delivery happened to me too. I am still waiting for my 4 pair shoes. charged to master card and paid mastercard January 7, 2015 TOTAL AMOUNT $362.54. To be delievered by UPS. within 3 days. GUESS what no SHOES UPS Lied said they delivered to my door. Never happened. UPS lied to SHOEME After several conversations with SHOEME, reps and a report to the police and conversations with UPS SOMEONE HAS MY SHOES AND SOMEONE COLLECTED MY MONEY paid in full. It is now September 17, 2015 and I have complained to Mr. GEOX ( the company) and they send me an email to handle my problems here in Canada. Well I am owed 4 pair shoes or $362.54 credited back to MasterCard. I followed the proper procedure but Shoeme who represents Geox has not. I would not recommend anyone purchasing on line to SHOEME.. Its the customer service that clearly has no idea what to do when items are not delivered. and cant replace . Just got the run around and still a run around right from Geox. I cant even use my3 - $10. gift cards. What a useless warehouse.
