I ordered a TV at first said it was shipped and delivered which it wasn't then I contacted someone they said they would give me in front within 15 business days and is not happened yet and there's no TV or refund on my side see why New York the representative was Rachel just like one that I seen and a message from a post that was complaining about the same thing

Raise flights booked on eDreams

Beware!

Do not go near eDreams website or Odiego, they will take your money and provide no service at all.

Thousands of people have been scammed, given the runaround when trying to contact them or being fed false information.

I cancelled my flights when I realised something wasnt quite right, they advised me a flight had been cancelled so I tried to re-book using the manage my booking link and it wouldnt work.

You will get stuck with a robot or worse a 'real human' that lies through their teeth.

They blame the airlines being slow with refunds, I found out they have not even applied for a refund, 2 months later but have confirmation from eDreams that they have.

JUST DONT DO IT

Desired outcome: Refund entire amount in $NZ dollars

Raise I want my money back

Yesterday I got an email from them stating that my gift card was canceled due to security reasons. What? They got my information including my credit card and then told me that my order was canceled. What a nonsense!
I tried to order again and it was a very wrong step because they simply charged me first and then canceled the order again. So now I am double charged (one try was my fault) and owe me 50 bucks. Not good. I really don't care what reasons caused to cancelation. If you did it, ok, but please refund.

Raise Buyer beware

Read the reviews first and only after doing this you should decide whether you want to deal with the company that provides expired card or card with a zero balance or not.
It's my situation. I bought a 1000$ worth gift card for my fiancee, but when she wanted to use all the money on the card, she was said that the card was already used and all the money was taken away. By whom? What the hell is this?
I didn't clarify anything because their customer service was absolutely useless and all I got from them were bot-generated emails.
Don't risk your money, guys.

Raise I had only 100 days to use my card!

I've purchased a gift and when I made my order I checked everything very carefully and it said that there was no expiration date. So I got my card and forgot about it for a while. Four months later I decided to use it and only then I found I had only 100 days to use it! There was no information about that on their website! When I contacted Raise customer support they said that it was only my fault and refused to give me a refund. They just kept saying it was my fault and etc. I'm extremely disappointed! Lost over $50 because of these scammers.

Raise Pathetic liars!

Hello. I'm one of Raise victims. I have purchased a gift card from them as a present for my mother. I received my card and when my mom wanted to use it we found out the card was not working! I immediately contacted www.raise.com customer service and asked for a refund, but they refused to give my money back. I called Raise again and asked to speak to a manager, but their rep refused, requiring that I speak to her instead. She called me a liar and said that they never had any issues about their gift cards. Really? I don't know, maybe she was blind or what! There are so many negative reviews about them and she tells me they never had any issues! Pathetic liars!

Raise Terrible place!

This is a scam website, sellers are 3rd party clowns, avoid this place at all costs! I bought 3 gift card from Raise website and when I received them, all 3 card were invalid! These people get cards, then they sell them on Raise website and when you buy some cards, these scammers deactivate them. I would strongly recommend to stay far away from this place! I immediately contacted them and all they said was sorry we can't help you! Terrible place!

Raise They didn't send my gift cards

I bought two gift cards through the company www.raise.com. These jerks provided some emails about the purchase, but after that I haven’t received the gift cards. When I called them and asked to provide anything, these jerks only tipped-toed and promised a lot. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

Raise They asked to much personal and never called me back

I decided to buy the gift card from the company www.raise.com. I was shocked, ‘coz these jerks asked too much personal info. As well as they asked about previous job and billing address. I asked why they have needed this info, but the rep hasn’t provided any precise info. The rep told me that they would check it and would contact me back, but still no one called me back. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

Raise They delivered empty gift card

I bought Walmart card from www.raise.com. They delivered it, but it was empty. I called to the customer services, but the rep was rude and almost yelled at me. She told that it was impossible, ‘coz all cards with money on it. I spoke in calm voice, but the rep was rude. I won’t advise other people to deal with them. Please, post comments and share your views of this website.

Raise Seller is scammers, who provided nothing

I bought two gift cards from the company www.raise.com. It was the worst experience and the seller simply misled me. I was disappointed. After I purchased these cards, the seller told me to wait 3 weeks. After that he didn’t provide any info, no delivery and when I contacted him, this jerk advised me to wait more time. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

Raise Fraudulent activities

I was about to purchase a gift card from Raise.com but got a bit suspicious when their online billing started to ask for a pin code of my credit card. I knew that online shopping usually doesn’t require pin code to be entered so I called my bank and asked for an advise. I was told that it is most likely some sort of scam scheme and they will look into it. Stay away from this e-shop.
