SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / the rep didn't help, but the software stopped working after upgrade

We have used the software from the website, but couple of weeks ago we received the email. The rep informed us that they would upgrade the software. They did it, but the software stopped to work. We called them already several times and asked to help us, ‘coz nothing worked, but in response we heard only some fake promises. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
