SUBMIT A COMPLAINT info at all and the seller didn't reply

I purchased dress from the website I got the confirmation info, but the seller didn’t provide any info about the delivery day. I wanted to get any updates about the order, so I started to send emails to the seller. It was awful, ‘coz the seller didn’t reply and no idea where my order is. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
