Ty Closet Order never delivered

Placed $300 order Dec 7 haven't received any of my items. I Emailed back and forth with Sam Heaton and was told my order would be reshipped in 30 days. My items still never delivered. Ty Closet stopped responding to my emails and I still have not received my order or refund. Ad states place order by Dec 9 to receive order by December 24th it is now August , I can't get any response about the order or refund. I am being ignored and pushed to the side when in reality I ordered these items for gifts to my children.

Desired outcome: $300 refund
