Their website looks customer friendly but if you need to call them good luck! There is absolutely no way to speak with someone. They do not issue refunds even if they have made a mistake.

In my case, the product showed inventory at the time of my order. I know they ship fast so I placed an order. After a few days I noticed it said it was waiting for stock. This was too late for when I needed the items for so requested to cancel. They do not cancel, only issue credits at best.

I will be going to marketplace on cbc.
